Perfect place to find luxury and entertainment all within walking distance or a Free metro ride
Parking: Daily rate between 15-20 per night for parking in the garage
Return KEY FOB to KEY CAFE . If keys are not returned it will be a 300.00 replacement fee added to the checkout invoice.
NO SMOKING /NO VAPING/E CIGARETTES is allowed in the unit, this is a NON SMOKING BUILDING , if there a sign of smoking, there will be an additional 1,000.00 cleaning fee attached to Invoice.
Strict NO PET policy in effect, if any sign of pets in the unit there will be a fine of 500.00 attached to the check out invoice.
Have KEY FOB with you at ALL TIMES, as the door automatically LOCKS upon closure and there is a 300.00 replacement fee during your stay.
