Lavish condo with stunning views from the 17th floor. Centrally located. 5-star luxurious W Hotel Condo This gorgeous unit is located at Icon Tower 3 which is the same building of the W Hotel Brickell Miami.
Situated in the heart of Brickell you will be surrounded by great bars and restaurants.

1. The Icon Spa: a staggering 28,000 square-feet, complete with a juice bar, treatment rooms for exotic massages, and a 5,000 square foot aqua-therapy lounge, His and Hers Eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas and relaxation areas. Guest passes to the Spa are included complimentary with your rental! Our guests can enjoy for the duration of their stay.; also the gym is free of charge
2. Our Deluxe Swimming Pool (the biggest one in town), completed renovated with 14 Million Dollars of investment, was re-opened in December 29,2018.
3. State-of-the-Art Cardio & Free Weight Center. It is open.
4. Cipriani Italian Restaurant found on porte-cochere level
5. Cantina La Veinte found on porte-cochere level
6.Vine Restaurant at 15th floor of the ICON Brickell
7. Expansive Sundeck & Gardens
Guests must submit a picture of a valid ID (License, Passport, Gov't Issued ID) in order to be able to check in. Please note this is a required step in the registration process. Guests who do not submit IDs would not be able to check in.
We will personally meet you in the lobby for check in. Please inform us of your ETA ahead of time so we can coordinate to meet you at that time.
Our regular check in time is between 3:00pm-10:00pm
*In case a check-in after 10:00 PM needs to be arranged, a $50 fee in-cash will apply.
Guests must be checked out by 11:00am.
If a late check out is needed please request it with anticipation. If the guest does not complete the check out by 11:30am a $100 fee will apply. If the guest is not checked out by 1:00pm a full nightly rate will be charged.
As we have multiple check ins/outs in the same day we appreciate your understanding.
***Parking :
Our hotel offers paid valet parking only. This is a separate service provided by the building.
Parking rates are :
$16- 1 hour
$34 - 4 hours
$50 - 24 hours
Please note no re-entry service provided, charges apply each time you take out your car. The daily charge may greatly exceed the $50 per day.
Alternatively we offer parking spaces in garage adjacent to the building located 777 Brickell ave. The rates vary for events but the standard is $35/day. Please confirm availability through message.
The unit is strictly non-smoking. If it's proven the guest smoked in the unit a $200 fee will apply.
At check in you will be provided with the elevator key-fob. At check out you must leave it inside the unit in the kitchen counter.
Lost key-fob = $120 fee.
*This building has a sensitive pipe structure, please do not flush any baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, flushable wipes or any kind of trash. If any non-flushable item clogs the toilet during your stay, all the plumbing expenses would be charged to the guest.
NO SMOKING, NO PARTY and NO PETS are allowed. It will be a charge of $250 for each in case of the violation.
