Good comfortable stay

We loved staying here as the rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious with good size beds. Kitchen utensils were helpful for making pasta for kids 😊, it's closeby to all groceries and pharmacy. Nautical properties were quick in responding to all questions. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5, the door handles of bathroom and rooms were not working properly and I had to let the property management company know about it and no action was taken by owner when called, since I had a toolkit in car, ended up fixing the door handles for them. As they were not at all locking (bathroom ones).

Beautiful and Roomy

My mom and 3 friends decided to go to Nashville for a girls weekend. We did not realize it was CMA Festival weekend so downtown was much busier than we expected. Luckily we had planned to go to museums early thus missing a lot of the crowds. We arrived back at the condo around 7pm each night and played cards and hung out. We all had a great time however, the first night we stayed it sounded like the upstairs guests were going to fall through the ceiling. We could hear every step, every chair being drug around on the floor and whatever else they were doing up there…well after 10:00 pm! Luckily my mom is a hard sleeper but the rest of us did not sleep well at all. Other than that it was a great stay.
