Great Stay!

Great place to stay while visiting Nashville! The home was well equipped to entertain all from ages 3-65! We appreciated all of the personalized features—hot tub, popcorn maker, smart TVs, and a giant game closet! Close to Nissan Stadium and easy to drive or call an Uber!

Wonderful, comfortable property!

Myself and three of my girlfriends had a four day trip to Nashville. The home was exactly as described and even better than what the photos depict in the VRBO listing. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of room. The home was decorated very nicely with a Nashville theme and had everything we needed. We rented a vehicle to drive to Nashville but when we went downtown, we Ubered every time as its crazy busy downtown with no where to park. Communication with the owners was great - they were always quick to respond, and provide check in info and details of the property promptly. Well stocked with towels, kitchen cooking items, coffee bar, etc. Snacks and bottled water was very nice.If we visit Nashville again, the Valley Trail retreat will definitely be our return place. If anybody mentions they'll be going to Nashville, we will highly recommend.

Fantastic experience all around

The home was absolutely excellent and served my family and me incredibly well—it had everything we needed and more. It’s a warm, welcoming space with plenty of games to keep everyone entertained and a wonderful patio that's perfect for relaxing. The host was fantastic, with excellent communication and a genuine willingness to accommodate anything we needed—though truthfully, we didn’t need a thing. This house is truly fantastic. I would absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again.

Cheer comp weekend

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The house is clean comfortable and very well stocked! The kids so enjoyed relaxing mornings in the yard, on the swing and playing cornhole. After our long days at the convention center the hot tub and back porch were a great way to relax and unwind. Thanks so much for a great getaway we will definitely be back again.

Easy drive to all the best sights

We had the best time here! Aretha and Joe were so easy to communicate with and they let us have a surprise birthday dinner with our family who came in to celebrate. We had a great time and the house was clean and comfortable and had games to play! They even had things that kept my 2 year old entertained. We would absolutely stay in this house again if we get back to Nashville. It’s a short drive from the airport and to any of the things to see. We had such an enjoyable long weekend!

This property was a group of 6 of us and worked out great. Was well stocked and the location was quiet but close ro everything in the Nashville area. Host was very helpful and reaponsive

Great place for groups

Aretha was a great host. She provided all details up front so i didnt have to ask! Plenty of space in the home and outside. Not far from downtown. I would definitely rent again!

We stayed here for the Nashville Marathon and found it had good access I to Nashville for all of the activities but created a much nicer and quieter place to come back to. House is clean and the hosts have provided creative extras. Very nice…

Family vacation & cheerleading competition

We traveled to Nashville for our granddaughter’s Nationals Cheer Competition (placed 1st in their division and Grand Champions overall). Our stay at Valley Trail Resort was fantastic. Everything anyone would need was provided. The house was very clean and inviting. The grandchildren really enjoyed the many activities that were provided.

Wonderful with a cherry on top

We were there for small getaway with friends & this was the perfect location. It wasn’t far from the Grand Ole Opry or downtown, but also away from all the traffic. The house is beautiful & spotless & had many things to do if you wanted to just stay at the house. Aretha answered a couple questions quickly & was very kind to us old people that need help sometimes. We’ve stayed at many homes over the years, and this was the first one that ever had a box of goodies & drinks in the refrigerator for our use. It was like the cherry on top. How sweet! Thank you Aretha & Joe!

We’ve spent most of our lives in Nashville after growing up in Detroit, MI, and Jackson, TN, and we love sharing this vibrant city with guests. Through our nonprofit organization here in Nashville, we work closely with mentally disabled men, providing them a safe space and home. When we’re not hosting, we enjoy taking our boat out on weekends and giving back to our community. Being hosts gives us the opportunity to meet wonderful people and help make their Nashville experience special.
