The property is located on the 2nd level of a multi unit building. There may be other short or long term guests in the the lower level unit of the property. There may be other pets at the property. The yard, the grill, and the laundry areas are shared amenities between all units.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Very nice place

Its only the upstairs but its very roomy and plenty of spots to sleep. The property manager was amazing and took care of my only issue right away. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and is close to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Unexpected

The house itself wasn’t bad at all. There were cleaners still there, which was surprising because we didn’t get there until almost 5pm. Check-in was at 4pm. We also didn’t realize that we would be sharing the house with someone living underneath us and that we only got the 2nd floor. When we pulled in, the lady that lives underneath got mad at us for parking on her side of the driveway. Parking arrangements were not disclosed before we got there. Probably won’t rent this particular house again. But it’s in a decent spot. Close to the grocery store.

Beautiful home!

The house was clean & well organized/decorated. Everything was accessible & the owner was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Not What We Expected

The cleaners were still on location when we arrived. Which was close to 5pm. Check-in was at 4pm. The cleaners stayed for almost another hour AFTER we arrived. Not a good start to vacation. Then we did not realize that we only got the second level of the home. We thought we paid for the entire house and could not find anywhere that stated we would only be getting a portion of the home. The lady that lives below on the ground floor, was rude and yelled at us for parking on the wrong side of the driveway. We were not instructed as to where to park (we thought we had the entire house to ourselves). Then she also had a dog down there that barked ALL week. Was NOT a peaceful vacation. We will NOT be renting at this location again. Very disappointing.

This home is a duplex

It's not listed but there are permanent residents living on the first floor. They are nice, however, unexpected.

Terrible. Do not recomend.

Downstairs tenant called the police on me for breaking and entering while I was checking in. So after my 7hr drive I got to deal with providing proof of my booking with the police and handing over ALL of my personal information. House is labeled as pet friendly, however, if you use the front door, the backyard, or really anything outside you will be barked at Constantly by the downstairs tenants dog while it snaps at the doors. 1.5in cockroach in the living room. Juiceboxes and trash under the master bed. Overall a terrible experience.

It’s an apartment with other tenants downstairs, not a house

The “apartment” is nice. However, that is my point. It’s listed as a house so we assumed it was a house and so my husband found himself trying to unlock the door downstairs which turned out to belong to a permanent tenant. We were incredibly uncomfortable in the fact that the fire pit area is directly outside of the downstairs tenants back door where your every move can be watched by them. We could not use the washer and dryer bc every time we needed to, it was being used by the permanent tenant. We were unaware we had to share those amenities as that is not in the listing for the rental property. We felt as though we had to walk on eggshells because there were tenants downstairs. We would not have rented this “apartment” if we had known that it was in fact an apartment and not a house that we would have fully to ourselves. Also, we spent the first 48 hours of our stay with no hot water and no word from the rental company of this issue. We were told by the downstairs tenant and informed by her that someone from the rental company was going to come fix it the following day. When I asked the rental company, I was told they were unaware of an issue but I was clearly lied to as they had been to the property and did not inform me of the issue.

Close to beach & good for large groups

The space was a .5 mile walk to the 1st Street beach access as well as walking distance from Publix. Our family of 4 adults and 2 dogs all fit comfortably with enough room for everyone to have their own space. You have access to a SHARED washer/dryer. House is not suitable for those with issue climbing stairs as the unit is on the 2nd floor. Plentiful silverware, dishes, cooking utensils. While they have a single serve coffee maker no filters were provided. Toilet paper was provided but no paper towels, napkins, etc. House did provide laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher pods as well as 2 trash bags. Home was not as clean as expected but could have been worse. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood.
