Everything you need to have an amazing stay at Possum Kingdom Lake. After exiting the house onto an amazing covered patio you walk down 5 stairs to a massive concrete patio that is right on the water. A short walk down the gangway and you are in paradise on a brand new dock with an amazing hangout area and jet ski port. The dock has a place to tie the boat up when you need to take a break. 10 min boat ride to Possum Hollow or Fox Hollow and a 12 min boat ride to Hells Gate you are centrally located right in the middle of the best Possum Kingdom has to offer. Possum Kingdom State Park is about 4 miles up the road and has an amazing store for anything you may need. They also have boat rentals if needed. This is also the best choice to launch the boat and drive it around to the lake cabin. There is no ramp available for use at the house. Boat trailers will need to be parked at the top of the hill. Please do not attempt to drive trailers down the driveway as it is on the steeper side and there is not room to turn a trailer around. There is a 3 car limit. Copy of ID for everyone over 18 must be provided as well as a copy of a Credit Card in case of damages. Please be aware there are outdoor cameras on the property. The cameras are located at the front door, driveway, back patio, and dock. Please note there is a Hydrohoist on the dock however it is not available for use. You are however able to tie up to the side of the dock. We have a Blackstone grill outside available for guest to use. We also have a charcoal grill available for use. Guest will need to bring charcoal.

Fun PK Weekend

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Lakein It Easy. There were six of us including three adults and three kiddos ranging from 4 to 13. The layout and space was perfect for us, and we knew that going in. The outdoor area is what we enjoyed the most with a nice deck and patio area overlooking the lake in addition to the private dock. The dock was fantastic, and we kept our boat tied up to it the entire weekend. There were multiple options for boat ramp relatively nearby, so that was a non-issue. We really enjoyed the location as well. It could probably be a bit remote for some by land, but we accessed restaurants and marinas by water. I also enjoyed chatting with the friendly neighbor. Also the owner was very responsive to any questions I had and allowed for some requests making the trip much more enjoyable. All in all it was perfect for our needs, and we will most likely return. I do have a couple constructive criticisms. First, the living area with multiple beds had no form of curtains or blinds which we found a bit odd. Not only could anyone peer right through the sliding door to the outside, but the light was off putting for sleep. We would highly recommend some sort of window coverings. Also the beds were quite hard for our liking, but it is certainly not a dealbreaker. Lastly, I would love to be able to utilize the Hydrohoist in the dock in the future once it is operational. Thanks again Debbie for your accommodations and excellent stay!
