Smallest 2 bedroom VRBO on the lake because it is simply 2 large rooms with an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom (Both rooms share 1 bathroom). No kitchen. If this is OK, please read on 😅😎👍

- Excellent Option for: small families, kids, in-laws (overflow from other VRBO’s, hotels/resorts)
- Great for boating, fishing, and local events with overnight stays
- Plenty of private space to park your boat trailer, SUV, and RV just outside your door.
- Great place for a getaway, girls trip, fishing trip or a baseball tournament at Rocker B
- Perfect Location: All services within 1 mile (Grocery, SnoCones, Pizza, Restaurants, Parks, Hike|Bike Trails, Med Center)
- High Speed internet and Dish included (2 TV’s)
- Ideally located on peninsula between two nearby public boat ramps accessing both sides of lake.

VRBO for those who want a simple, super clean place and don’t need to cook, nor want to cook.
• No kitchen, but there’s a small charcoal barbeque in the parking area + mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in suite
• No lakefront but super close
• Owner has a private covered boat dock steps away for a fee (must reserve in advance if available)

Size Considerations:
• 👍👍😎Perfect for a single, a couple, or for a small family
• 👍👍😎Great for 2 couples … this has worked really well
• 👍😎😐Good for 2 couples + 1-3 kids if ok to share bathroom
• 🫣😐😬 Won't work for more than 4 *adult* guests unless staying for 1 night max.
(Beds for 7 guests works if most guests are *kids* and staying for only a night or 2)

This VRBO has worked best for:
• 👍👍😎 Staying night before a fishing trip (guide can pick you up at dock).
• 👍👍😎 Boating, Hiking and event overnight stays, overflow from other vrbo’s or homes in area
• 👍👍😎 Rocker B Baseball camp
• 👍👍😎 Families or couples who will spend most of their time on the lake and just need a place to stay at night.

- Adjacent lakehouse covered boat dock has *locked* access but may be available for fee
- The boat dock if available can moor 2 boats 🚤 🚤 on dock sides with mooring whips
- Dock upgrade is best cost option on the lake if you bring your boat and want it docked steps away
- Covered dock with table, seating and lights is great for guests who bring their own watercraft, or who would like to fish, swim, or gather lakeside
- [shared guest access price - shared with other guests] If available, extra fee for shared access is $50/night booking weekday; $100/night weekend
- [exclusive private access price] If available, extra fee for exclusive private dock access is $150/night; $200/night weekend
Guests who book private access only may use Lakehouse outdoor kitchen and patio; and may check out Lillypad, floats, paddle board, and kayak.

Please Note:
• Safe, serene, area with good neighbors who enjoy the peace of the lake at night.
• This is *not* a party place. Parties for anyone other than sleeping guests are strictly prohibited.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited. If any guest is caught or identified using fireworks 🎇 by local authorities, neighbors outdoor security cameras, or noise decibel detectors, guests will be asked to leave (evicted immediately), and security deposit refund will be legally withheld. Please don’t risk fire damage and/or loss of property or injury.

Security Camera (may be deactivated upon request):
- For the protection of the property, an exterior camera may be active during your stay. The camera is a motion activated camera located away from the VRBO and near to the Lakehouse entry at the top of the steps. When camera is activated, it transmits and records (this may be deactivated before your visit upon request).
