The space
Welcome to your 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Tampa! 🏡 With a shared screened-in pool and covered parking, this home is perfect for families who value convenience and quality. It is a duplex-style property with a completely separate attached studio apartment*. Both have private entry/exits and separate parking. The attached studio apartment does not have access to the pool or grill area.

SHARED SPACE: Our property features a family-friendly rental* that shares access only to the pool and grill area. This rental has its own private entry/exit and parking. If you need to accommodate additional friends or family, you can rent this space in addition to your stay. Simply ask if it is available for your desired dates. This rental is the only other guest on the property with access to the pool.

MAINTENANCE CAMPER: Next to the Studio Apartment* is our maintenance camper, which does not have access to the pool or grill area. During your stay, we offer the following services:

Cute and comfy

The beds here were amazing. And the pillows and comforters were like clouds. The washer and dryer did not work which for us wasn’t a big deal but it could be for someone else. The pool was perfect and the house was clean and very cute! Definitely saving for future use.

Would NOT book again.

Cancelled on my family 30 minutes before check in. No good reason given. Family stranded last minute and had to pay twice as much for some decent hotel.

We were looking forward to our stay, to get there and other people where there instead. Our plans got canceled, because rental was double booked.

Family Vacation

The rooms are small. More towels couldd have been provided. The wash room had a smell. Other wise it everything was great. My kids really enjoyed the pool. We felt safe.

Cheap and easy.

This wasn’t a bad place to stay but I would not stay for an extended amount of time. It is a property that has multiple rentals and someone who stays on site. We stayed 1 night and came in late after a football game. So we were just looking somewhere cheap and easy for a big family. 7 of us stayed comfortably. Cleanliness could have been better. About 10-15 from Raymond James Host did communicate well and let us check in A little early so we could make the game.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Right off the bat the first thing I noticed about the neighborhood is that although it’s older it actually is a GEM of a location. First off the golf course across the street and the neighborhood there on the water is amazing. There are two really great parks in the neighborhood also. As well as a childcare center in the neighborhood. Other than that, the area is great five minutes away from fine dining and waterfront views!
