The house is great. We had an unusual delay checking in because of a delinquent housekeeper but Chris got on the ball and another lady came and did it up right. He took care of the inconvenience very professionally. There are small flaws throughout the house like a bedroom door that won't latch and A/C that came indirectly to the master bedroom from another room. The price for a large kitchen and 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths, it was a reasonable deal. Would stay again.

Our stay at the Sunrise Paradise Getaway was good overall. The communication with the property owner was not the best. I got told by someone that the property had already been clean and ready. Good thing I messaged the owner just to verify if it was ok if we could check in before the check in time and the owner had said the property had just got vacant that he was gonna have his cleaning lady get to it asap. The other thing is I’ve stayed at other rentals before and for the most part there’s instructions of what to do when to take out the trash cans on the street for pick up etc etc. With this owner there was nothing, the trash cans were full when we arrived. Should have been empty before we arrived it was overflowing with trash from the past guests. If you plan on cooking at the property just know there is very very limited pots and pans and utensils you’ll have to buy your own. Besides all the negative stuff. We did enjoy our stay it was definitely spacious for me and my kids. Close to all the towns we wanted to visit and close to a lot of restaurants.

The property was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quaint and in a good location. The only issue we had was it is listed as a 4 bedroom and it was only 3. Overall, I would stay there again.

Very conveniently located house, rt off the bay! Close to lot of nice restaurants and University of Tampa! Chris the host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.!

Surprised

A little tough to check in not knowing about the open door and the hidden key by the fireplace. We thought it would take two days to get an answer, just like the questions I had earlier during booking that took more than a day to answer. Also, I got sick with cancer, and no longer mobile. I could not go along on the trip to use my Vrbo App in the family’s presence. No one else in the family that was there could use the App. It was in my name only.

Read all reviews before renting. I read a review and thought changes would have been made after a bad review. No changes and not 4 bedrooms. Serious trip hazards, limited furniture.

Our company rented this place for two work crews (4 adult males). They could not enter the property on time because of a late check out. The description said a four bedroom with four beds. This was a lie. It has three bedrooms with three beds that are as hard as a rock. Just looked at the listing again, now they are saying it's a five bedroom, they must have done a lot of construction in the last couple of weeks. The house was obviously still under renovation when we stayed. The doors will not lock and the coffee pot had white and orange mold in it. I will never book this place again.

Total Misrepresentation of the property! Horrible Experience

The listing photos are NOT the furniture on property. Beds missing, sofas missing, smelled like mold with plug ins everywhere to try to hid the smell. French doors leading outside were tied shut with mesh! Uneven floors and trip hazards. Roll of toilet paper holding the bathroom mirror in place. Light bulbs burned out, Black stains on the sofa that was in the living room area, linens were rags. Left early and got a hotel. Horrible experience!

Poor communication

I asked if we could check in early. I was told 1 was fine and the door would be unlocked. I arrived a little after 1 and the house was not clean. I contacted the owner and received a call that check in wasn’t till 4…. I said “I was told I could come at 1” and he said “must have been poor communication”….? (I have it in writing we could be there at 1, And the door was unlocked) That was the only time we heard from him. I asked about the WiFi and got no answer. Voicemail was full. No response to text. The temp was at 81 in the house and wouldn’t let us change it because it said it needed to connect to WiFi. Flys we’re all over the house when we got there.

Michelle, we did approve early check-in. You must understand that it was Spring Break and we had a guest check out late. My cleaner was outside ready to clean the house when you were there, I apologize for the Wi-fi issue, I can't control that due to the cable company having a problem with the connection. The Nest Thermostat is connected to the wifi that's the reason it didn't cool or turn on. We got all of those concerns fixed and address, Thank you

Work stay

Alot of things listed were not accurate. 1st not a single tv in the house. We were booked 2 nights and the second night around 9pm we were delivered tvs. No internet but a hot spot was also delivered the second night. The master bedroom was not on house ac and had a window unit in a spare room off the side. There were also a bunch of hairs in the master bed. Food was left in the freezer. Shows 5 bedrooms and multiple beds but there were only 3. Couch in pictures was not the couch that's there and it shows another couch in a family room and wasnt the same. Communication was good with the owner and responded to requests. Had donuts sitting out for breakfast and in the morning was full of ants so had to throw them away. Backyard area was nice and fenced in. Key to the house was also delivered around 1030pm due to housekeeper forgetting to leave when done cleaning. Luckily we weren't there on vacation otherwise would've made a bigger deal about the missing things. Wouldn't recommend.

Very disappointed

We arrived at the property after 4:00 check in. The doors were locked and and no instructions or email from the owner on how to get into the property. I tried to call the owner, no answer. I tried multiple times. No answer. We walked around the house and the side door was open and would not lock. The key was on the fireplace with no instructions on anything. No internet password, no personal touches, nothing. He finally answered me the following morning and we were checking out. The coffee pot had moldy grounds in it, and there was laundry in the dryer.

Its not 5 bedroom is just 3!!

Lleve mi bebe... no le lleve su crib porque el propietario me dijo que me hiba a proporcionar una. En la descripcion se dice que hay 5 dormitorios en realidad son 3. Es seguro el vencidario.. pero la puerta de la cosina no coje llave.. quedo abierta siempre. Es un ppco oscura la entrada no hay bonbillas afuera y los escalones son peligrosos para subir.. la caa es amplia y la localizacion es buena.. buenos restaurantes y cerca del puerto. El patio es muy grande y seguro.
