What a great place to stay while visiting Whibdey Island! Great location for visiting different areas of the island. The house was very clean and had nice rooms. Loved the hot tub! We would definitely come back!

Great mini family reunion

We stayed 3 nights for a place to begin our family reunion vacation before heading into the city. It was a perfect spot to explore all the area has to offer. Jodi was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful surroundings as well.

Great first time experience

This was my first experience with any non hotel travel experience and it was better than I ever imagined. Host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The property was perfect and an absolute delight to stay at with two families.

Wonderful place for a family vacation

The owners were great with communication. The home and yard are very accommodating for a family with kids. The property and the surrounding area are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Family get away

Our family of 5 along with the grandparents had a wonderful week at this lovely home on Whidbey. Everything was as described - the hot tub, fire pit, and pool table were a hit!

perfect

often when you travel with a dog you get places that leave a little to be desired- NOT this time. this home is spacious, SO clean and really nicely furnished. it was very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, the home was walking distance to the shore and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. i felt very safe there. the quiet was delicious. i heard owls and coyotes from time to time. the beds were comfy, the water pressure fantastic in the showers, the hot tub was so nice (also very clean). i didnt want to leave.

Freeland on whidbey

The house was lovely for our family group. Teenager loved the pool table and hot tub. We enjoyed the games. Accessibility problems for seniors over 80 — no grab bars in showers, no stairs with bars for access to hot tub.

Relaxing family get away

Clean and comfortable home exactly as described. We loved seeing the deer walk through the yard and using the hot tub. We had so much fun playing pool and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The house was in a good location to see the entire island. Bed and linens were nice and comfortable. Overall the house was well take. Care of and clean throughout.

Wonderful welcoming island getaway

We had a wonderful time visiting fort Casey, catching the whidbey island kite festival, exploring double bluff beach, coupeville, and Langley. The Freeland location was central to exploring it all. And the cidery across the street was an unexpected treat for hot dogs, cider, and live music. The house was much larger than expected and was perfect for our two families. Everyone was able to spread out and be comfortable. The kids books and toys there were thrilling for the littles and the peek a boo view of the water from the deck was perfect for the adults. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Need light in driveway. It was extremely dark and difficult to get in and out. Even with flashligh

Convenient location. Should be more communication from Jodi. I reduced our stay by one day and asked about a refund for that day and have not heard back from her. We checked out and followed all the policy rules. Communication could definitely be improved.Driveway darkness and accessability for several cars problematic.

Great Weekend Getaway!

My family had a fabulous stay in Freeland. Our host Jodi was welcoming and very responsive. The house is much bigger than the pictures show. We played games at the dinning room table, grilled a fun dinner on the deck, and enjoyed great campfires at the fire pit. Went the farmer's market and ate in Langley. There are many things within walking distance. We went to the cidery and the winery just down the road. The waterfront and a very nice playground were within ease walking distance. The front porch was so relaxing with the porch swing, gas fire and comfortable chairs. There are very few cars on the road so it's quiet and peaceful. Even had deer walk through the yard in the morning. We would definitely return again.

The perfect getaway!

We had the most fabulous time at this beautiful serene, quiet and cozy island home. We felt like we were sitting in the lap of luxury surrounded by every comfort you want in a vacation home. We are bathroom snobs, and the walk-in & tile shower was heavenly! This place has everything! The expansive front porch is the perfect place to make memories around the gas tabletop fireplace or choose a wood fire pit in the back for a marshmallow roast. It was a bit too windy for a soak in the hot tub, but we will be back with a house full of people at another time. All the furniture was comfortable. The bed was an amazing night sleep with the softest sheets I’ve ever experienced. Jodi even gave me her source so I could re-create my sleeping experience at home. Love this property the host is fantastic !!!!! This place does not disappoint.

Beautiful House

If you want a perfect layout of a house with family and teens little ones, this would it. Did Jacuzzi pool room in space great kitchen living room with the mesmerizing electric fireplace It was great, very clean easy to check in. I wasn’t too impressed with the park within walking distance or the so-called trail but that has nothing to do with the house but there are plenty of parks and trails within driving distance. Thanks for the great place.

Comfortable and spacious

Fantastic

This place was a wonderful getaway. We booked the house as a last minute getaway for a long weekend and it was worth it. The house had all the amenities we could think of and so much thought went in to providing toys/books for children. There were so many towels which came in handy for all the hot tubs sessions and the host is an absolute gem.

Amazing home with lots of space

We did a quick 3 night stay with the kids, and couldn’t have been happier with this gem. The home has so much space, and is incredible with kids, especially the “Bunk Room”! The hosts were incredible and very responsive with any questions or concerns and even dropped off cookies for the family. It is a great location, very close to a park for the kids, a short drive to Double Bluff Beach, and Fort Casey state park.

Peaceful relaxation

This property has everything you need for a relaxing family getaway: plenty of indoor and outdoor space, hot tub, great neighborhood with views, playground in the yard and another walking distance. Easy to get to the grocery store and farmers market. We’ll be back!

4th of July time with Family

The house was Perfect- it has all the amenities of a very welcoming home. We had such a wonderful time! Everyone loved the hot tub, fire pit, corn hole and playing pool. The neighbors are friendly and the deer are a wonderful sight. We will be back
