We really enjoyed our stay, the entire house was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking/baking. As far as location, it’s a super short walk to the beach, which is nice! During our stay, the downstairs bedroom had a heater that wasn’t working properly, but the property management addressed it right away, so no biggie. Would stay here again!

Well-stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable, plenty of extras, short walk to beach, hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

It is a great location. However, for folks like me over 65 ( actually over 72) the stairs are an issue, as are the many small steps up and down throughout the house.

Great location and well stocked kitchen. Except the refrigerator didn't work. There was a mini fridge in the pantry, which didn't fit all the groceries we had purchased before checking in. Called the 800 # for Avantstay when I realized the text message welcoming us was not a live person. I also told Camilla about the stain on a sofa and lots of dead bugs in many windowsills and that the separate room downstairs did not lock as you leave. She said let's just concentrate on the refrigerator and she hoped to have someone out that day. We checked out a 4 days later and never spoke to a repairman or the management company again. No follow up whatsoever. I did call as we were checking out, spoke to Shawn, I believe her name was, to let them know other issues with a shower drain and toilet. Again, no followup.

Perfect Base for Exploration

This house is beautifully appointed, and everything we could have wanted was included. It was a short walk to see the water, and had great parking, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Rental company was very attentive and helpful. We would consider this house again when we return to Whidbey Island.

This accommodation did not work for our party of six. We left after one night instead of staying three. In the absence of a living room, there is no comfortable place for more than 2 to 3 people to sit (other than at an elevated kitchen table).

The property is very nice and clean. It's a nice short walk to the beach that you can walk for a long time. Overall, a great location. The house itself does not have a very good layout. The game room is downstairs, separated from the kitchen and the 2 bedrooms. So there's no central place for everyone to hang out, unless they all go to the game room downstairs.And one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance. You cannot get to that bedroom from inside the house, even though it shares a wall with the game room. It's a bit of an inconvenience to have to go outside to get in & out of that bedroom, especially when it was cold outside like when we were.

A Week in Greenbank

Overall the stay was good. Some of our concerns are that the pull out sofa bed had stains and dog hair on it. It also did not pull out all the way and had an incline. The kitchen fan also did not vent very well. There are also some wooden benches by the fire pit that are not very sturdy, borderline dangerous. However, the other parts of the home were as listed and the beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. We would stay there again.

We had everything we needed and didn't mind that one of the rooms had no access to the main house. My only gripe is that under the beds need a good cleaning. I dropped an earring and had to look under there and it was full of dust and a dirty tissue. Overall it was a great house!
