Loft is open concept with tons of space. Your kitchen comes equipped with all your basic needs for cooking and cleaning. There's free WiFi and a smart tv for you to log into any of your favorite apps.

Guest Access:
Located above the triple garage. You enter through the man door on the left side of the garage. Once inside, you walk across the garage where you will find your private entrance.

Please park on the far right side of driveway.

COMPLEMENTARY AMENITIES: We provide a starter pack of essentials, including coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and other basic essentials to get you started. This covers most stays, but longer stays may require additional supplies, which will be the guest's responsibility to restock.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.
