The Space:
Relax in an open-concept layout connecting the living room to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave, making it perfect for all your cooking needs. You’ll find everything from pots and pans to cutlery and glassware, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Complimentary coffee and coffee maker provided.

LIVING ROOM: All brand new furniture and a Smart TV that can connect to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Prime, and YouTube, etc. (Must sign into your own accounts)

BEDROOMS: All 3 bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring plush queen beds and soft linens that invite a restful night’s sleep. 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and one bedroom is located on the lower level.

BATHROOMS: Two bathrooms that are clean, well-maintained, and professionally sanitized before your arrival. The upstairs bathroom has a bath tub and shower combo. The bathroom downstairs has a shower. Fresh towels and essential toiletries, including hand soap, and toilet paper are provided.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer located on the lower level and free for your use during your stay. Laundry soap provided.

GARAGE: one car can park inside the garage and is for use during your stay. Unfortunately, there is no hand held garage door opener, you do have to open and close the door from inside the garage.

DRIVEWAY: Lots of driveway parking and street parking available.

Located in an established family neighborhood with walking trails and parks. Close to Dairy Queen, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Subway, and more. All these locations are within walking distance on warmer days.

For every day grocery needs, Safeway is only a 3 minute drive.

Patterson Plaza offers a Shoppers Drug Mart and Beer Brothers Liquor store only a 2 minute drive. Also within walking distance.

Pubs and restaurants close by - Crown & Anchor and State & Main. Both a 3 minute drive.

You have access to the entire home - main floor, basement and backyard during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
COMPLEMENTARY AMENITIES: We provide a starter pack of essentials, including coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and other basic essentials to get you started. This covers most stays, but longer stays may require additional supplies, which will be the guest's responsibility to restock.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out requests must be submitted 24-hours before check-out time and may be subject to additional fees)

PETS: Pet free home. Sorry, not pets allowed at this location. There will be a fine of $500.00 for any pets found to be staying at this property. The fee will cover the costs for professional cleaning of any fabric surfaces and carpets.
