Great Stay

We would have liked bath towels, dish cloths, hand towels, toilet paper and drinking water at no extra cost.. we also would have enjoyed the private pool but there was raccoons that loved swimming in it or last morning they pooped in it so you should take a look at the pool before other guests arrive. I don’t mean for this to be negative. We really loved our stay and will be back. Location was perfect and we felt safe never felt uneasy. Food and restaurants everywhere our favourite restaurant was elfagon and don sirloin

Dirty on arrival but got fixed. Appartment nice but old and worn

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice location between the beach and 5th avenue. On arrival the pool was very dirty but the staff cleaned it the next day. During the day there were a lot of loud music on the terrace from the beach bars, but they turned it of at night. the appartment is nice and clean but could use a make over. Especially the kitchen, where some of the kitchendoors are loose. Nice large towels and beach towels were provided.

Appartement très bien situé

Cet appartement est très bien situé pour la plage juste à côté .piscine de la résidence génial et bar super. Pour la piscine privée de cet appartement c est beaucoup moins top. Sale et très à l’ombre.donc eau froide .ça peut parfois être agréable quand il fait très chaud .mais des ratons laveurs viennent régulièrement faire leurs besoins dans la piscine . Pareil impossible de bronzer sur la terrasse trop à l’ombre.mais agréable quand il fait chaud . Attention aussi il n’y a pas de store dans les chambres donc on dort avec la lumière du jour.

Exceeded our expectations in every way.

Reviewer Comments: This lovely spacious and well appointed apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. having two young children, we made good use of the well appointed kitchen rather than eating out every meal, but the restaurants we tried were generally good and you'd be spoilt for choice by the concierge at Playa Moments offerings and many local restaurants within easy walking distance if you did decide to eat out exclusively.The pool was good to have although we spent much of the time at the pool just yards from the apartment or at the very pleasant beach just a few hundred yards away. I can't overstate the convenience of the location or how lovely the apartment and our vacation was. We've built some lovely family memories and I'd highly recommend this apartment both to families or a fabulously spacious apartment for a romantic get away. You're sure to be impressed, we certainly were. We also enjoyed the PRIVATE POOL and the terrace. If you need anything contact the Playa Moments concierge, he will help you for sure!!

ATT1107-1106: do not get confused by the numbers or the photos!

Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed about this property... by the numbers and photos you would think it is a pent house... well, it is not... it is in the street level by the garage, hidden behind another building, this property’s “spectacular pool” never received the light of the direct sun. Every afternoon they will DDT the pool area for mosquitos, leaving all furniture and water contaminated: we never used the patio or pool... walking thru the corridor to get to the apartment, the smell of sewer is so intense, the least you want to do is walk into it... then you enter the apartment and there is an incredible smell of humidity and mold that you cannot even breath: try opening windows and doors, then you get the sewer smell into the apartment... no way to win. I had a terrible headache after spending the first night there. On top of all this, many things in the apartment were not in working order: toilet of master bedroom (we did not know it was not working and had to sleep with it soiled the whole night), they came and repaired it the next day and put some “organic” deodorant for the drains so the sewer smell went away a little. Also, the safe was broken or missing the key, they never fixed it, so we were always carrying our valuable with us to the beach and parks...really a disappointment, because it is not like the have other properties to switch to, it is not a hotel...

Perfect Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental' experience was very goods...the guys at Playa Moments and our concierge SERGIO were great. We rented two suites: 106 and 107... the A/C in 107 was very noisy...noisy as sleeping with a small plane engine!...But everything else was in perfect condition.The Condo Rules were not great this is the first time I have to pay $20 for a lost key (which is a simple card just like in any hotel)..usually in an hotel you can even keep them....

A GREAT EXPERIENCE STEPS FROM THE OCEAN

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 3rd time at Aldea thai and I guess the most enjoyable experience had there. This time we decided to rent with Playa Moments and consider the best choice ever; the attention was excellent from the reservation to the arrival, Pm offered us a personal concierge who followed us during the stay giving us the best recommendations and tips. The unit is incredible, located on the other side of the party bars of the 28th, so less noisy; the apartment has a private spacious and amazing terrace with private pool, with sun beds and a waterfall. The unit is perfectly furnished and with the full equippment needed to prepare delicious meals and drinks. Both bedrooms are spacious and with amazing towels and soft linens perfect to have a great rest at night after party. We higly recommend this unit and PM costumer service! Great Job!

Lamentablemente en el departamento que rentamos NO pudimos disfrutar la terraza como tampoco su piscina privada por encontrarse al lado de una construccion GIGANTE que tapaba toda vista y llena de maestros trabajando con muuuucho ruido y que ademas botan basura al departamento.Alde Thai es bueno y el departamento por dentro también.

Construction Problems
