A proximité il ya le golf, la voile et la navigation de plaisance, les lagunes de la nature, des villages de pêcheurs et de nombreuses ruines mayas intéressants à visiter.

Profitez de notre 3ème étage Penthouse condo de vacances avec un solarium et une superbe vue sur la piscine. Il est mis en place pour vous de profiter comme une maison de vacances.
Ce magnifique condo dispose d'un salon très confortable avec canapés en cuir et d'une télévision à grand écran plasma avec satellite, Bluetooth / lecteur DVD et chaîne stéréo avec dock iPod, et Wi-Fi Internet. Les trois chambres de maître sont fournis avec des draps de qualité, ont une salle de bains complète avec douche, et de grands placards en acajou et des balcons privés. La salle à manger qui peut accueillir six personnes et la cuisine entièrement équipée sont à la fois décorée avec goût. Vous avez une belle terrasse de la cuisine / salle à manger pour déguster un café le matin ou le soir rafraîchissement et comprend un barbecue à gaz Weber.
A l'étage supérieur, il ya une troisième belle chambre avec un grand lit confortable, grand placard et salle de bains complète avec douche donnant sur une luxuriante invitant terrasse sur le toit avec un bar et zone de loisirs pour profiter et se détendre. Vous aimerez en dégustant un verre de vin ici alors que le soleil se couche.

Tous les draps, serviettes, serviettes de plage, et un service de ménage sont inclus. Couchages comprennent: deux rois et deux jumeaux qui peuvent être faites dans un troisième roi.

Great location. The condominium was very nice and very clean. It’s central to all the amenities and fun. Everything is easily walkable including a Mega Mart to buy any groceries needed. The pool at the facility is well maintained and clean. Mr Gordon (the owner) is very quick to respond to any of your needs and he is very helpful. If I could not reach the management I would contact him and everything was resolved quickly. I would recommend this property to my family and definitely I would recommend this to everyone.

Good location, not far from the main streets. Had to pay extra for the electricity, but that was expected, 7 days, 4 ppl, 1000 pesos extra, at 6 pesos/kWh. Only thing we were missing, was a dish washer :)

Very nice apartment with easy access to everything!

Overall was very happy with stay. Apartment was very nice and pretty clean. Only issue was they tried to get me to pay for electricity at end of stay although no where does it say that that is a requirement. We were told that should have been explained to us by property manager at orientation. (Which didn’t happen). There should be mention of this on website as well as documented in welcome booklet. Also said we used 660kw in four days…. I use 1500 max at home in a month. Questionable.

Comfortable and relaxing stay.

Well equiped facility.. Nice pool, We appreciated the security and janitorial services We were careful to use the air conditionning as little as possible but learned on the last day of our stay that we could be charged for that. We should have been notified sooner and more clearly. Hope this does not leave us with a bad impression.

Great space for my family of 6. The beds AND pillows were super comfortable. Loved the extra amenities like supplied drinking water, beach chairs, and a boogie board. The proximity of this location is excellent. The ADO, 5th Ave, and Mega are just a few blocks away.

Excellent place and location

We were 3 couples everybody had their own bedroom and bathroom. The BBQ make our nights easy we made a salad and eat safely at home, we had couple of grocery stores close by; the pool and garden areas were always clean, the maintenance and security personal very pleasant and helpful.

Great Location and Price

I couldn’t believe this place was still available when we booked this. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms at this price was not expected, but much appreciated! The location was great, very close to 12th st and 5th Ave where all the bars, clubs, and shops are. Short walk to the beach as well. I will be recommending this to anyone looking to visit playa del Carmen!

Perfect location

If you’re thinking about renting this three bedroom three bathroom condo don’t hesitate, it’s exactly as shown. Gordon was a pleasure to work with and any questions I had along the way were answered immediately. Arrival at the condo and the orientation was handled by the manager Raquel and she and her associate Carlos are a dream, an absolute dream. You communicate them through the what’s app and they were flexible and accommodating with anything you might need. The pool, the guests the location were all outstanding. We took my parents there and we needed to slow down with our walking pace which made the location even more perfect because walking to get your groceries or walking to the beach is more than doable for an 80 year old. The beds are comfortable the place is clean and we even arrived to a bottle of wine in the fridge. We have rented on VRBO many times and that made the beginning of our holiday amazing, thank you Gordon!

Great home away from home

The Pergrina location is fantastic. It’s central to all the amenities and fun. If you are looking to find the tourist section you can head towards 5th ave or if you want more authentic you can head towards 30th ave. Everything is easily walkable including a Mega Mart to buy any groceries needed. The pool at the facility is well maintained and clean. The condo is clean and well kept. Only complaints would be the buildings are not well insulated so noise travels easily inside and outside of the rooms. The management company is slow at responding but the owner is very quick to respond. If I could not reach the management I would contact him and everything was resolved quickly. I would recommend that my family would stay here so I would recommend this to everyone. Cheers

Brilliant condo and so close to 5th Avenue

We spent 3 weeks in this very comfortable apartment. It was very close walking distance to the shops, to the beach and to 5th Avenue with all the restaurants and shopping area. The management team and Gordon (the owner of the condo) were very helpful and always at hand for any queries (responded quickly to all our email queries and gave us tips to enjoy our trip even more.) The 24 hour security at the main entrance of the complexe was also reassuring.

Perfect Location, Quiet, Secure

I travel through-out Mexico several times a year for work, so this was a work stay. When we travel we look for: good central location, secure, quiet, comfortable, fast wifi and parking. And this condo fit all of those requirements. The owner is very attentive and patient and you can tell he takes great pride in his condo. If I needed another 3 bedroom unit, I would most certainly rent here again. The pool looks nice but we never had a chance to get in it, on top of which for us the weather was "cold" so we probably wouldn't have tried it even if we had a moment free. ;). But if you are coming on vacation, we thought the pool looked nice. Also liked how the 3rd bedroom was separated from the rest of the condo which meant that the two of us who were working didn't disturb the third person who was there on vacation.

Après 3 année consécutives à playa del Carmen c'est le plus beau condo que que j'ai habitée, la décoration est superbe et il est très fonctionnelle .Benjamin nous à accueillies avec bouteille de vin et friandise,il a été très aimable .Service de ménage une fois par semaine très apprécié .J'adore demeurée au Peregrina pour son emplacement géographique, la sécurité ,la propreté et l 'ambiance c'est très chaleureux comme endroit.Gordon le propriétaire est sympathique tout c'est bien déroulé pendants nos vacances un gros merci .Je le recommande à tous

Playa Del Carmen

The Canadian owner of this condo was wonderful to work with. We enjoyed staying in his condo and it is loaded with everything you could possibly need while in Playa Del Carmen. The location is very convenient to everything and quiet at night to get a good nights sleep. The only issue we had was with the property management company of this condo. We arrived with 2 babies below the age of 2 and had us wait outside the condo for 3 hours. They said an email was sent with instructions on how to get in but this is not true. The management company would clean the condo weekly but would only give us one roll of toilet paper, 4 bath towels and 5 beach towels until we complained and said............we need more for a 3 bedroom condo. We were in the condo for one month and the management company did come through at the half way mark of our stay. Once again. Owner were wonderful and deserve 5 stars but the management company deserves 2 stars.

Great Family Option in PDC

Our family of six (2 teenagers, 2 parents and 2 grandparents) recently stayed at the Peregrina Condo for the Christmas holidays. We would most certainly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Playa del Carmen. Having three spacious bedrooms, all with plenty of storage space (lots of hangers too!) as well as ensuite bathrooms in all three was ideal. We appreciated having the full kitchen to enjoy breakfasts and lunches as well as serving up drinks and pre-dinner snacks. The upstairs terrace was lovely to have and we even ate our Christmas dinner up there. The location is very good - close to the Mega grocery store, three blocks to 5th Avenue, restaurants everywhere and a reasonable walk to the beach. It was also very easy to catch a taxi two blocks over on the main street to get to any of our excursions as was the bus station and (although a bit further) the collectivo station. The two main floor bedrooms do face out on to a bit of a busier street so if you like to sleep with your patio door open, this may bother you. With the hurricane shutters closed and AC on, it was not noticeable. This property is exactly as advertised and it is great value for the amount of space you get. The owner is fantastic to deal with and although we did have one small hiccup with the management team, they did ensure our potable water was always replenished, gas for the BBQ full and condo cleaned on the date and time specified. If you are considering this condo as an option, we would recommend it.

Well appointed and close to everything

Peregrinas is a well appointed condominium that sleeps six comfortably. The bedrooms (2 on the main floor, the 3rd, one floor up with solarium) all had ensuite bathrooms, balconies, and a lockable safe. The kitchen had everything needed for meal preparations. The pool was cool and refreshing after a hot day spent shopping. It is close to 5th Avenue and a short distance to the beach. A car is not needed as the Mega Mart is only two blocks away and taxis are available for only a few dollars. The internet pictures and description are accurate and the owner was easy to work with.

Great Location and Good for kids

My wife and I stayed here for a week with our two kids (2yrs old and 4 yrs old). The condo is really very nice and had everything in it that we needed. It's very spacious as well, which with two kids was a bonus. The pool was great for our kids (it has a separated shallow end). The condo is gated and security is on site, we never felt unsafe while staying there. The owners and property managers were easy to deal with. I think the location is really excellent, there is a lot of great (imho) Mexican food nearby (Los Aguachilles, Don Sirloin, El Fogon etc). And the Mega grocery store is right around the corner! We walked to the beach every day, which is really not far at all. We brought a couple strollers for this which was helpful, about 15 minutes walk with strollers. The only disadvantage of staying here, in my opinion is that you don't have a beach side view. If you can live without that I recommend staying here.

"Paradise in Peregrina"

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous three month stay at this Peregrina Condo in Playa del Carmen. We were thrilled to find a 3 bedroom condo with the perfect layout to have our two adult daughters and their husbands join us for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main floor and the third bedroom is located upstairs beside the private rooftop terrace. Each of the bedrooms has king sized beds and their own ensuite bathrooms which was convenient for our extended family. The beds in the second bedroom can be used as two single beds or a king sized bed. Each bedroom also had its own safe. Rosy, the cleaning lady comes one a week and does a super job! The rooftop terrace is sunning and several times throughout our stay we hosted friends and family in this area. It has beautiful built in seating and coffee table as well as another table and chair set with a big umbrella. The lovely mural of Tulum as well as the plants and flowers on the rooftop make it a very inviting place to be! The entire condo is well appointed and it is evident that the Canadian owners who come to this condo themselves take pride in its décor and ensure that it is well equipped in all rooms. The pictures on the internet really do not do this condo justice! During our stay the owner asked if we had any suggestions as to what else the condo might need and the few things I recommended he had the property manager purchase and deliver even before the end of our stay! The kitchen is a good size and is also well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils and serving dishes. The table easily sits 6 or more people. The bonus was having a gas bbq on the front deck that overlooks the pool, as my husband could help with the cooking! The location of the condo is on of the best in Playa! Mega and Dac grocery stores are just a short walk away. It is close to many great restaurants between 20th and 30th Ave. The condo is a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue. It was nice to have the option of the activity on 5th Avenue or the choice of quiet just around the condo complex. The pool area and grounds are also very well maintained. There is 24 hour security for this condo complex. The property manager and her assistant were very responsive and prompt with any requests or questions we had for them. We also had great communication with the owners, Gordon and Liz, who made sure our 3 month stay was perfect!

Home away from home!

My husband and I rented this unit for our two week vacation. During this time my family joined us for a week. We have rented condos before in PDC, however, this is the nicest unit we have ever had the opportunity of renting. This three bedroom/3 bathroom was perfect. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom, which our guests commented on how nice that was. The bedrooms are big, and comfortable! The living room is extremely well furnished, we like to relax in the evening and this living room was so comfy, beautiful leather furniture, large screen tv, and most important for us, a nice CD player, with pretty good sound. This kitchen is large, great for making dinners in and there is a bbq off the kitchen. When we arrived at noon, the lady was still cleaning the unit, and I have to admit, the unit was completely spotless when she was finished. She came back during our stay twice more and did an awesome job cleaning up. This is a unit that the owner clearly cares about and has taken care to hire excellent property management. So much pride in his unit...it really felt like our home while we were there. We did not want to leave, and when we go back again, we will make our stay longer. The owner was very accommodating to our many questions as was property management. The photos all though are accurate, does not really capture how big the unit is, the unit is larger than the pictures appear. We highly recommend this unit for a vacation in Playa del Carmen.

Just right!!

Peregrina is a very nicely managed complex that would be great for anyone to have a wonderful vacation. It is a perfect location, centered within very easy strolling distance to all of the beaches, 5th Ave, 30th Ave and ever type of amenity you could need. Mamitas beach is closest and great for everyone, a bit of a stroll will get you to the others as well. For the best local dinner "El Sabrocito del Fogon" across from the Comercial shopping on Constituentes. The condo is very homey and has everything you may need. The upstairs bedroom/patio is a fabulous space, although we did not use it extensively as we were there with our two boys (2 & 4 years old) and the stairs are a bit steep for the little ones. We would have loved to spend the whole time up there though!! The pool was perfect for our little guys, one end is a large circular shallow section (~24" deep) that has a slightly submerged wall as a barrier to the rest of the pool. I felt very safe with the boys in there even though they cannot swim. If you plan to arrive by bus as we did, there is a new ADO station very close by, just remember to ask for "Estacion alterna". The buses stop first at the older station (a long walk with luggage or a taxi) and second at the new station. You can easy take excursion trips with ADO right there. Taxis are very reasonable and should be 25 to 30 pesos to anywhere within town, they will try to charge tourists a bit more but they are typically quick to drop the price as it is priced by zone and well defined. If you have a good experience with a taxi driver, get their cell phone number and call them for repeat service. We had a great time and will certainly consider this property for a future trip.

My wife, Liz and I enjoy travelling as you can see in this Photo of the Parthenon in Athens. We live in Calgary, Canada. However we love to visit our condo in Playa del Carmen almost any time of the year. It's like stepping into our dream world. We have made lots of friends in Playa and have many hot spots to pay return visits to. We also enjoy going exploring and finding new neat places.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We found we kept returning to Playa since our first visit in 2001. We used to stay in the 'all inclusive' resorts, which we found to be great vacations. However, we found everyone wants to be in the town of Playa del Carmen which is the principal gem in the Riviera Maya for cuisine, culture, shopping and entertainment. Our place is in the PERFECT LOCATION, within close walking distance to the beach, shopping and most of the amenities.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It's a short 5 minute walk to 5th Ave and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It has a beautiful pool and gardens we don't have to look after, but are well taken care of. We have a beautiful solarium patio to relax in. We're close to grocery stores and amenities, adjacent to 24h street - the nicest green space in downtown Playa with many flowering trees, and we're also only a couple of blocks from 30th Ave, which is quite authentically Mexican in it's shops and services.
