The Space:
The rooftop pool and expansive private terrace are what you will rave about. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the jungle canopy, cool off in the pool after the beach, and end your day watching the sunset from your lounge chair. The terrace features a full outdoor dining table for 6, comfortable sofa seating, and a gas BBQ grill: perfect for groups who want resort amenities without the resort crowds.

**THE CONDO**
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom corner unit offers the space and privacy of a home with hotel-level convenience. The open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling windows with jungle views, a TV, and AC throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals. Indoor dining table seats 6, plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Searching for a little adventure? Take a short drive to the Mayan archaeological sites (such as Tulum and Coba) or to the Theme Parks of Xcaret and Xplor.

Getting Around:
This condo is about a 50-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (without traffic, so check your mobile map apps when you arrive) and transfers can be booked either online or at the airport. If you prefer, as soon as you confirm your booking, we can help you schedule private transportation and have it waiting for you at the airport. If you prefer to rent a car, there are many choices for car rentals at the airport and in downtown Playa del Carmen.

Don’t feel like driving? Taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only! And public bicycles are available to rent around downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent a bike by day or by journey. There are also 2 ADO bus stations to get you to nearby Yucatan destinations or other Mexican states, located at:
- 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez
- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12

In the event you're driving around town, please note there are PARKING METERS in downtown Playa that operate from 10 am to 10 pm (maximum 6 hours). You must look for the digital meter to pay and display your receipt on the dashboard or risk the car being immobilized.

PARKING LOTS/GARAGES DOWNTOWN:
- Under Quinta AlegrĂ­a Mall. The entrance is on Constituyentes Avenue between 10th Avenue and 5th Avenue.
- Tendenza Parking is on 10th Avenue between 14th Street and 14 Bis Street
- Plaza PelĂ­canos - 10th Avenue between 8th and 10th Street
- 34th Street and 10th Avenue. 24hr car park (not underground)

Other Things to Note:
Please note, all food and condiments are removed after each guest. Therefore there will be no supply of cooking items like oil, salt or pepper in the property. You'll have to purchase these if you intend to cook at home.

The building has some wheelchair accessibility with two elevators and ramps.

We provide beach towels and other essentials and we're happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such weekly cleaning, airport transfers, tour info, top picks discount card, pack and play, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival with extra fee. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Electricity is not included for long term stays of 28 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on the day of your arrival and then again on the day of your check out. Electricity for long term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kwh. The consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 23 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- If you're booking from a channel where we handle payments, you'll be charged a security deposit of $300 USD which will be refunded after your check-out accordingly (service fees may apply)

Interaction with Guests:
We will give you complete privacy during your stay but if you need anything, we are available 7 days a week and available via text message should you have any questions.

We loved the condo! So much thought was put into furnishing and stocking this place. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely de orated. The kitchen had a great amount of cooking utensils, glassware and plates. The blender was really great for our margaritas too!

EVERY aspect of this rental experience was outstanding! Excellent and prompt communication with Angel Host was most appreciated especially their help with airport transportation. The accommodations were fabulous. The unit itself was spotless and well appointed. In addition to the living room a/c, all three bedrooms had its own a/c unit and thermostat (so all three couples had control oftheir own environment). Large balcony that overlooks a jungle. Loved having 24 hour front desk security. The overall location is amazing! Beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping steps from the front door. The rooftop pool is spectacular. Would definitely stay here again and recommend without hesitation!

Our best stay in Playa in 10 years

We're a middle income American family and try to find the best and safest place for a fair price. This condo blew us away. my 2 teenage boys had their own clean bedrooms and their own bathrooms. My wife and I had the master bed and bath. Condo was clean and well stocked. Amazing view. Amazing gym. Amazing rooftop pool. Great staff letting us in and out to maintain safety.The host was always available and helped tremendously with my many questions. AC and fans worked great. Water was hot and showers nice. Bedding was all very comfortable.All in all - 10 stars from us.We didn't have any family photos in the condo, so I posted a pic from our day trip to Xel-Ha theme park. so you know we're a real visitor.**The condo photos were supper accurate.

A perfect spot to have fun and to unwind

We have been at four different locations in PdC and this one is the best by far. The building has 24 hour security (really friendly people), two elevators, a work out area, amazing roof top pool that has sun and shaded areas, and a crew that keeps all the common areas spotless.The unit we were in had three bedrooms, one being in a lock off area by itself. There are three bathrooms, a huge table for meals and games and 4 TVs. The patio is shaded and wonderful to start your day. It faces the jungle and you get to enjoy all the different birds that live there. The best part of this place is that at night it is silent. There is no club thumping outside, no cars moving about, and nobody talking. Due to the quiet nature and that the patio doesn’t get morning sun I slept in most mornings about two to three hours more than normal
the beds are also very comfortable!The location is perfect to get anywhere. You are at the quieter end of 5th Ave, but there are tons of restaurants, bars, cafes to choose from. Our favorite spot was Piola across the street
huge menu, great food and great service. You are about 100 yards from the beach so it is easy to go back and forth throughout the day if needed.The only drawbacks of this location is there are no leftover food items (spices, oils, condiments) from past guests; but that is for safety and health reasons, so I get it. There are no beach chairs to take to the beach. Enjoy the place, it is great.

We came for 2 weeks. We have never been to this area of Mexico, i booked not knowing about the area. The write was excellent, everything they said it was. Quick walk to the beach and 5th Avenue. We really enjoyed our stay, condo was excellent, pool was beautiful. My husband wished the hot tub was hotter, but in this hot weather I can see why it’s cooler.

Condo situĂ© directement sur une trĂšs belle petite rue (la 38ieme) avec plein de beaux et bons petits restos. Vraiment un bel emplacement. La plage au bout de la rue est cependant trop petite mais ce n’est pas un gros problĂšme car la plage de la 42 ieme, Ă  quelques minutes est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Trois chambres, trois salles de bains. Nous recommandons sans hĂ©sitation.

An absolute gem

First of all, this place exceeded our expectations. The pictures very accurately represent the condo. It was clean, spacious, and catered to all of our needs. Google maps initially brought us to a different part of town, but this was not in fault of the property owner, so use the restaurant they give you as a landmark when trying to find it. The check-in process was easy and the building staff was friendly. I felt very safe and secure for the duration of my stay. We had a small issue the second day we arrived but the host was immediately responsive and things were resolved in a matter of hours (I only share this as an example of how amazing and responsive the communication was with the host). Our friends stayed down the road at a resort, and I have to say we got the better end of the deal. Should we find ourselves in Playa del Carmen in the future, I would absolutely stay here again. Plus there is an excellent taco place two doors down from the front of the building!

Perfect place for winter.

This condo is a great size for the family and is in the perfect location. We loved being on 38th Avenue within a short walk to the beach and to 5th Avenue. The jungle off the balcony was beautiful to look at daily. The pool was a little chilly, but had a great view. The concierge was easy to communicate and work with. The only downside to this property is a maintenance facility to the neighboring complex is located at the base of the building just under this units balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future.

Best holiday ever!

We had the most amazing time in Playa Del Carmen. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday and we loved the rooftop pool for an evening dip to cool down. Noemi is an excellent host and was very helpful, providing any information we needed. The staff on reception were lovely and very helpful too. The balcony is a the perfect place for wildlife spotting - we saw spider monkeys, coatis, birds and butterflies. The location is great - close enough to bars, restaurants etc but in a very quiet location. We would love to stay there again and would highly recommend the property.

Terrific location and excellent property!

This property surpassed all my expectations! The property was as described and as seen in the photos. While we didn't cook in the kitchen, it was fully stocked with everything you would need. The three full bedrooms with separate bathrooms were perfect for our group, which consisted of me/my spouse, our two teen daughters, and my parents. The inside and outside living spaces allowed for us to move between the two depending on the temperature/weather. The patio overlooks a greenspace where we saw a monkey (!), coutimundi, and agouti. We really appreciated having a cooler and beach chairs/umbrellas available as we brought them to the beach a few times. The rooftop pool was wonderful for late night dips and star gazing. Lastly, the condo has a 5-gallon jug of water that was inexpensive to refill, which we REALLY appreciated. Location was perfect! The property is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the north end of the popular 5th Avenue. The north end is quieter but still has a lot of restaurants and shopping. As you walk south on 5th Avenue, the bars and restaurants play loud music in the evening-which is great atmosphere while out and about but wouldn't be so great trying to sleep through. Taxis were readily available on 5th. The Mega grocery store was a quick taxi ride or 20-minute walk away. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

Great Vacation Rental

Attractive 3 bedroom rental conveniently located near beach and restaurants. We stayed for a week and especially enjoyed the roof top pool area.

Excellent place, conveniently located near the beach, shopping but in a quiet area at the same time.

The host was in constant communication, making sure instructions were received and were easy to follow - literally step by step from the minute you get out of the elevator. It was nice to sit out in the patio and hear the birds singing, even got to see a couple of spider monkes. Would definitely stay here again!

Really Just Perfect

This property was everything we hoped and more. Beach gear is conveniently stashed in the closets. The porch is next to a natural area where coatimundis and spider monkeys can be seen. It's on a great little side street with nice shops. In addition to the normal check-in, we communicated with the host a couple of times. We had a hurricane possibly in the way of a flight home and they were accommodating with checkout and looking into an extra day (that it turned out we didn't need) with prompt replies. Please note that they will communicate with you separately from VRBO to fill out required forms and to gather CC information. I checked with VRBO before, and they assured me it was all on the up and up. Really, just a perfect stay.

Great property with a great pool

Property is as advertised. Close to restaurants, shopping etc. The beach is close, but may have weed - best to check conditions. The rooftop pool is a great escape from the hustle and bustle.

Location is perfect!! Short walk to the beach and short walk to ave 5 shopping. Restaurants all around the property. Will definitely look for this property again!!

Everything was wonderful. The condo and location were Excellent. We will definitely return!

Overall an excellent experience booking and staying here. The host was very accommodating and the facility’s were as advertised. It is a great location, too. We look forward to an Encore.
