It’s a great location for all the attractions in downtown Orlando and is just 15 minutes from Disney World and the Orlando International Airport. It’s been known as the location where real Florida people live, work, and go to school. It has easy access to all the major freeways and highways surrounding Orlando and this neighborhood is just 20 minutes from downtown Orlando via Orange Avenue.
