QUIET FAMILY HOME with Heated Pool located in a safe peaceful gated community. Backing on to a tranquil lake, this house offers a break from busy Orlando. Only 10 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from the theme parks, this home is located in the Remington community. There is a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court and huge community pool all located within walking distance of the house. Remington golf course is also very close by (golf green fees not included). There is a newly constructed bike path connecting Remington to St Cloud Lakeshore Park (the house even has 3 bikes available for your use!).
The house itself was beautifully renovated in 2022 to include new flooring, appliances and furniture throughout. All linens and towels are included and are a superior quality. There is a Large, heated pool with a spacious surrounding patio enclosed in an insect-free lanai. This 2-story house boasts 2 full En-suite bedrooms (one King, one Queen) plus two double-twin rooms that share a bathroom. There is an attached garage with opener for your use. There are 3 large screen Smart TVs in the house for those rainy days, as well as board games and books.

great stay

Nice home in a quiet development. House was clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Plenty of towels for everyone. Host thought of the details with the renter in mind (new sponge! Pods for dishwasher and washing machine, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in each bathroom, Kcup coffee pods, etc). Close to Publix for grocery shopping. Host was very quick to respond and answered all questions thoroughly. Close to the parks (20 mins) yet far enough away that you feel like you can relax and unwind. Would rent again if we go back to this area for another vacation. Thanks!

I met with my children and grandchildren at the home. We had a wonderful time and the place was plenty big enough for us all. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in the area.

Exactly as described

It was clean and well furnished. It had a kureg which I really liked. Beds were very comfortable. The only change I would make is a better spraying shower head but the one they had got the job done :)

A+ vacation rental

This was the perfect place for us. It was a nice and relaxing vacation for my husband and I and our little dog. The host has provided everything you could possibly need like you were staying with friends or family. The home is beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again. Next time we’ll bring the kids and grandkids. We were sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property, easy check-in, the house is spacious and clean, all the basic amenities were there for us to make our stay pleasant, quiet neighborhood and easy access to everywhere via the Turnpike. Definitely staying here on our next trip to Orlando.

Beautiful home.

This is a fantastic rental property. The owners/property managers were easy to communicate with and attentive to all our needs. They have done a great job in equipping the home: the furniture is abundant and comfortable, beds and linens are of a very high quality, and the kitchen well equipped for all cooking needs. They even thoughtfully provided little extras like soap, shampoo, dishwasher supplies and some laundry supplies. We loved the heated pool and the tranquil lake view. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Thank you Suresh and Kiran for making our Florida vacation such a positive experience!!

Great property, Super Owners

This property met and exceeded our expectations. What was very much appreciated, was that the owners responded to all of our queries, often within minutes, and always in very reasonable time. This, starting with booking process to anytime during our stay. We were very pleasantly surprised that the house was beautifully decorated for our Christmas vacation, including a lovely Christmas tree. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and pool, and we would gladly return to this location.
