Avec un grand espace de vie et une cuisine entièrement équipée, il est parfait pour votre grand groupe de se détendre ensemble et profiter de la compagnie de l'autre. La piscine fabuleuse avec une barrière de sécurité pour enfants couverte lanai, et aucun voisin arrière vous offre plus de plaisir et de détente après une longue journée à Disney.

Cette maison est idéalement située dans le quartier populaire de Windwood Bay -Davenport, une zone de villas privées de luxe isolée. Windwood Bay est l'endroit parfait. Il est juste à côté de l'I-4 à Champions Gate, qui vous mènera à Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, plages sur les côtes est et ouest, centres commerciaux, plusieurs terrains de golf de championnat, Busch Gardens, et le Centre spatial . Il a certainement le meilleur de tous les mondes. Faites une balade panoramique autour de la zone qui est entourée de forêts ou à 10 minutes en voiture vous amène à la zone occupée 192 avec un mini-golf, des restaurants et des magasins à gogo. Family fun

We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious property, plenty of room even for our large group of 15!Quiet neighborhood, good location. We paid the extra for heating the pool, and it was well worth it. Pool area very nice and the kids were swimming where we were "home", adults enjoyed the hot tub alot too.The house is not brand new but we didn't expect that at such a great price for such a big place. Everything worked as it should, and we never ran out of hot water, even with so many taking showers!Very child friendly, with a crib, two pack-n-plays, a high chair, and strollers.Michelle was very responsive to any questions or requests that came up.If our family comes back to Orlando, we will definitely be back- thanks for a great experience Michelle.

Great value, very spacious for our group of 6 adults. House was clean and host communicated throughout our stay as needed. The location on Vrbo's map is incorrect but the host did clarify this with us before booking, and the correct location is given in the description. Description of what is provided is very accurate.

Villa for Vacation

The property is large with 7 Bedrooms and 5 Baths, plus all the other rooms for entertaining, and relaxing. The pool and hot tub with the lovely patio was a special place we all enjoyed hanging out at. The pool could have been hotter and the hot tub, but as was explained this is a big property to send heated water around. We enjoyed the homey atmosphere to entertane our grandchildren & 2 of our adult children. Enjoyed by all in our party. No one wanted to return home.

Relaxing in Orlando

Spent weekend with family and had a great time. House was clean and everything needed was provided. Pool and hot tub were great. Would love to stay again next trip.

Nice place to stay

It was a real nice place. The tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. I bought batteries for the remote but still didn’t Which happens. When we arrived they were still cleaning the house which is fine with me. At least we know it was cleaned. Everytime I contacted Michelle she was so fast to reply. Quite neighborhood. The only thing which is out of the property hands was there were cops look for the neighbor across the street. Bit over all we felt really safe and had a great time thank you so much

One amazing detail!

Last couple years we’ve stayed in other homes in the area which had a gate house and check in, if you catch those at the wrong time, it’s a nightmare! I loved I could drive to the house with no stress!

Falling apart, moldy, and deceiving

When we first booked, we were only going to be approximately 20 minutes away from our destination. We had elected to add on a heated pool and grill add-on options but the owner insisted that we had to pay them through one method, which we were not able to do it kept saying we could not add them as a contact. It took over a month for us to receive a secondary motive payment so we could pay for these add-ons. A couple of weeks before our trip. We get a message that the owners have decided to sell the home and it needs repairs and they are moving our rental to another property located an additional 20 minutes away from our venue. We didn’t really have a choice as there was only a couple of weeks left upon arriving we found parts of the ceiling hanging, mold in the bathrooms, flickering lights, and damage throughout the walls, which well was minor. There was a lot of it. the house had an odd smell as well. We reached out to the owners who sent maintenance over and told us just to take pictures of the damage during our stay. There was no cleaning products, and no trash bags. This is my first time using VRBO and honestly after this experience, I probably will stick with other methods. When I choose to rent a home, I am expecting an experience like I am staying in my own home. While grocery shopping as expected, I shouldn’t have to buy cleaning products for their house. Very up-and-down experience with the owner and super disgusted with the place that we lived in for three days.

Not as advertised

Upon arrival, grass was not cut. That was just a beginning. The curtains where dirty, pool was stained and looked unclean, sheets and blankets were old, carpet looked old and dingy. Furniture were old and scratched up. Paint was old not smooth. Floor had crash. Towels were ok and dingy. Shower head in master bathroom was dirty and didn’t flow well. All bathtubs were clean but looked dirty. The main POC was very kind though! She was very responsive and seem sweet however it seems the house has not been kept up. If this house will be used for Vrbo it needed major upgrades.

Neglect of a beautiful home.

there are many things that needed to be repaired railings lamps lights the pots and pans were something you would have if you're going camping can opener was even broken it's just all these things detracted from what we came to do which was to worship God it's such a beautiful place it just needs attention thank you

The house was big and accommodated our family of 10 very well. The home needed some repairs but overall was very comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our party was 5 adults & 2 kids and this place was perfect. All the adults got their own space. We enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub. There were enough dishes/cookware/towels for our group.

Bug-Infested Vacation Home

When my family arrived, the house appeared to be freshly cleaned. After a few hours or so, we began to see multiple bugs throughout the house. We went to the local grocery store and when we returned and began putting the groceries away in the various cabinets, roaches began to appear. Upon checking further in the bathrooms, more started to make their presence known. We also encountered little spiders and bugs in the bedrooms. On our third day of our stay an exterminator came while we were having lunch. I asked if he could come later. He said he was on a schedule and had to continue. He also recommended we leave the property for at least an hour to let the fumes settle. I left a message for Michelle at Ideal Villa Rental but did not get a response. This house needs to be thoroughly cleaned, not just touched up between vacationers, but a thorough clean, shampoo all carpets to address the spider/bug situation, disinfect the bathrooms, bed linens are old and had a musty smell, and furniture needs to be cleaned as it smells like a locker room, probably due to guests sitting on the furniture after coming out of the pool. The game room area (garage) was very tight with extra sofas, which were also bug/spider infested. Because this is an older house, we ran in to additional issues with the circuit breaker. It may need to be updated. If the washer and dryer were being used, if you attempted to microwave something, the outlets for the kitchen appliances would go out and needed to be reset.

The floors needed moped railing that wends to second floor was loose no kitchen utensils their were termites and roaches the furniture was bad when you sat down at the kitchen table it was not Stable the beds were not Comfortable their mold in the master bedroom shower their was no cover over the Light over the deck

Good space, might not be close

Lots of room. Super comfortable beds. Great pool for after a long day at the parks. Definitely used just to make money. Bare minimum supplied (as mentioned in the listing). Needs to be kept up better. Good communication. Made a good will gesture when the dishwasher died the first night of the stay, and the ice maker needed a new filter and so, didn't work.
