About this space:
Enjoy this safe, clean and comfortable remodeled home in a beautiful setting with large windows overlooking the hills, an ideal escape from city life. Equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, TV, A/C and central heating.
Rise and shine to the large multi-level backyard and several decks for perfect outdoor Sonoma living. Work in a quiet clutter-free environment. Cook in a remodeled kitchen or grill outdoors. Bathe in an open-style spa shower. Rest and sleep in comfortable new King size beds.
The space
This home is ideal for 2 couples or individuals. The house is on two levels. The main floor includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room and one bedroom. The lower level has a bedroom and an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have lots of privacy and plenty of closet space. The bathroom on the main floor features a skylight that brings in natural light, a Raindance showerhead that gives a feeling of luxury and calm. The lower-floor bedroom has french doors that open out into a patio area and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Sit and read a book, lounge on the deck with afternoon sun and admire the well maintained multi-level garden with fruit trees of the season. There are new appliances, hardwood floors throughout and newly painted walls that give a clean and refreshed feeling.
There is an attached garage that includes storage space and laundry room with washer and dryer. Not all cars fit in the garage but there is room for at least 2 cars in driveway and in front of the house.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. No outdoor activities or amplified sound allowed. No pets and no parties and this property is a non-smoking environment.
Whole house water filter for your convenience.
All stays require a minimum 31 nights.

Guests have access to the whole house.

-Rental Documents: You will be provided the Rental Agreement and House Rules for your review and signature after booking.
-Amplified music is never allowed outdoors in Sonoma. This includes bluetooth speakers.
- Whole house water filter provides great water.
-Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please move indoors at that time and keep the indoor music volume down during these hours.
- Our local power utility, PG&E, has informed us that if elevated weather conditions, including potential fire risk, threaten a portion of the electric system serving our community, it will be necessary for them to turn off electricity in the interest of public safety. This is called a Public Safety Power Shutoff. We are not responsible for shutoffs, and cannot provide alternate accommodations should this occur.

We are two sisters who love the wine country. We recently renovated the house and are excited to share it with you. We think âThe Springsâ is one of the best neighborhoods in Sonoma.
