This apartment isn’t baby-proofed and doesn’t include baby furniture (e.g., crib, changing table). Please bring anything you may need for your child.

The community is pet-friendly, but our unit does not allow pets. You may see pets and other in shared spaces like the courtyard.

★ Pool ★
The community pool is managed by the building, not by us. It’s available for your use, but any maintenance or access issues won't qualify for a refund.

★★★ GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED ★★★

To ensure a safe stay, all guests must complete verification before check-in. This information is used only for screening and is not stored or used otherwise.

By booking, you agree to the following:

• A valid government-issued ID and photo selfie is required before check-in.
• You must sign and be in agreement to our rental agreement. (Background check may be required)
Check-in instructions will be withheld until verification is complete.

Verification Details:
• All guests must provide verification info prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
• New profiles with fewer than 2 reviews must pay a damage deposit, refundable if no damage occurs.
• Guests with ratings under 4 stars cannot book via instant booking; manual review and approval are required for new profiles. If for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled


• We have a security camera facing the front porch next to the entrance and noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
