Unearth the charm of 2932 Old Drake, nestled mid-island on the tranquil Mallard Lake, you can fish in your backyard, with intertwining horse trails running through the backyard. This magnificent vacation home, less than a decade old, proudly stands as the largest rental home on the island, promising a grandeur vacation experience.
Revel in the luxury of seven elegantly appointed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The main floor houses a spacious primary bedroom, complete with a king bed and 65” Smart TV. The en-suite bath features a granite-topped double sink vanity, a tiled walk-in shower, and a free-standing tub, providing a lavish retreat after a day of exploration. This space also includes an over-size walk-in closet and office nook, for those who need to work while vacationing.
The second floor unveils four additional bedrooms, each boasting their unique charm. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are furnished with king beds. Bedroom 2 offers an en-suite bath with a sleek black granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The large hall bath on the second floor features a black granite-topped vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 is thoughtfully designed with two queen beds, making it a perfect sanctuary for a small family or a group of friends. There is also a family room with couches and a TV on this floor off of Bedroom 5.
Adding to the home's grandeur is an in-law suite over the garage. A private ebtrance off the front porch leads to this space or it may be accessed from the laundry room on the main floor of the house. This secluded space, houses two bedrooms—one with a king bed, and the other furnished with a twin bunk. The suite also features a full bath with a tub/shower, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 counter stools, a family room with a Smart TV, and a full laundry with a washer and dryer.
The heart of the home is the Great Room, adorned with wood flooring and a 65" TV, offering an idyllic setting for family gatherings and cozy evenings. The room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area, boasting custom light gray cabinets, wood plank flooring, black granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary adventures, including a Keurig and a blender. The dining table seats 10, complemented by additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.
Step outside to the screen porch off the Great Room and dining area, furnished with seating and a dining area that seats 6, offering breathtaking views of Mallard Lake. The Grill Deck off the screen porch, equipped with a propane grill, invites you to enjoy alfresco dining in the serene surroundings.
Convenience is at the forefront with a Powder Bath located next to the living area and a Laundry Room on the main level equipped with a full washer and dryer. The outdoor shower is a refreshing treat after a sandy beach day.

Here you will find alarge wall mounted Smart TV, sectional sofa, challenge games, refrigerator for kids snacks and beverages and even swings. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge
Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
As of 5/1/25: Each rental property is permitted a maximum of four (4) total gate passes. This includes passes for both cars and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Please note that the total number of passes cannot exceed four, regardless of the type of vehicle, per Town of Seabrook.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
