In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental home features four bedrooms, a private pool and spa, and marsh views. The home is an easy 10-minute bike ride from the beach.

Located behind Kiawah Island's second gate in the Vanderhorst section, this home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and is surrounded by natural beauty. An open floor plan with generous living spaces provides plenty of space to gather during your stay. Great for relaxing after days spent poolside, the spacious main living area offers a comfortable sectional sofa and a wall-mounted TV. A second living area, or study, offers a sleeper sofa and TV. Prepare your vacation meals and snacks in the exquisite gourmet kitchen, complete with a Viking double convection oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, marble countertops, and ample prep space. The adjacent dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together or playing board games with your group.

The first bedroom, one of two primary suites, is located on the main floor and boasts a king-sized bed, TV, and access to the deck. A retreat in itself, the en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual-sink vanity. Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The second primary suite has a king-sized bed, TV, cozy window seat, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity. Along with a balcony overlooking the pool, the third bedroom has two full beds and convenient access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The home has an elevator, providing full access to all floors.

Private pool and spa! Enjoy time outdoors on the home's back deck or breezy screened porch. The large back deck is an outdoor oasis that houses a swimming pool, spa, grill, and lounge seating. Dine al fresco, read the morning paper, or simply relax on the peaceful screened porch.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, streaming only televisions, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are about 14' x 20'. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool and spa may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $80 per day for the entire stay. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
