2415 Seabrook Island Road, a stunningly crafted new construction that perfectly encapsulates the essence of a luxurious coastal retreat. Nestled in the heart of Seabrook Island, this haven is conveniently located close to the Lake House, Racquet Facility and Equestrian Center, offering a myriad of recreational options for our esteemed guests.

This exquisite property boasts four en-suite bedrooms and an additional bunk room, all meticulously designed and furnished for your comfort. The primary bedroom, located on the first level, features a plush king bed, a Smart TV for your entertainment, and a serene sitting area with two chairs – the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of adventures. The room also has a large walk-in closet for all your vacation wardrobe needs. The primary bath exudes a spa-like tranquility with an oversized shower equipped with double faucets and a double sink quartz-topped vanity.

Next, we have the guest suite, also situated on the first level. It comprises a comfortable king bed, a Smart TV, and a private bath with a shower.

Ascend the shiplapped stairwell to the second level to discover two additional en-suite bedrooms. Both feature king beds, Smart TVs, and private bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combination. In addition, the second level offers a unique bunk room, furnished with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a Smart TV, perfect for younger guests or additional sleeping space.

The living room is a stylish haven with a wet bar complete with a beverage refrigerator and an ice maker for those refreshing vacation cocktails. An accompanying Smart TV and sliding doors leading out to the deck make this a perfect space for relaxation or entertainment.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, showcasing stainless steel Thermador appliances, including a gas range. Fully stocked with all essentials, it features quartz counters, custom cabinets, a spacious pantry, and a large island with three counter-height stools for casual dining or morning coffee.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where a table seating 8-10 guests awaits for delightful meals, laughter, and conversation. Sliding doors lead out to the screened porch, which is equipped with a Smart TV and opens onto a deck. The deck features an outdoor table with seating for 8-10, ideal for alfresco dining or sunset viewing.
The first floor also includes a powder room and a laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The property's décor is professionally curated, showcasing a beautiful blend of modern luxury and coastal charm. The ship-lapped stairwell adds a touch of elegance, and every detail in this home reflects thoughtful design and impeccable taste.

The camera is used to monitor the front door area for security purposes only and is not actively recording while guests are inside the property. (The elevator is not available for guest usage!)

​​​​​​​Seabrook Island is a private welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Completely immersed in natural splendor, the coastal barrier island is home to lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Seabrook Island's residents and guests also enjoy some of the East Coasts best recreation facilities. All built in recent years, the updated amenities have earned Seabrook Island world-wide accolades. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

2415 Seabrook Island Road is conveniently located to some of the favorite amenities on Seabrook Island including the Lake House with outdoor pool, playground and basketball court as well as the Seabrook Island Racquet Club and Equestrian Center. A short car or bike ride will take you to our 3.5 miles of spectacular beach access including the Seabrook Island Beach Club and Island House. Come enjoy the best that Seabrook Island has to offer!

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Great home for family

House was lovely and quite functional. We had 8 adults and 1 infant and did not feel the least bit cramped. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Nice to have big garage with space enough for 3 cars LSV.

family get away

my husband and I spent the week with our 3 grown children and their spouses. the house was perfectly appointed and had everything that we needed. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We’re already looking forward to a return visit next year.

This house is amazing!!

This house was a dream!! We have stayed in this area several times and this was by far the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The decor was to die for and it was well equipped with everything you could need on vacation. The location was wonderful as well. We can't wait to return!
