Situated along the 6th green of the Ocean Winds golf course on beautiful Seabrook Island, this gorgeous 5-bedroom vacation rental property offers the ultimate blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. Built in a classic southern style, this home on High Hammock Road boasts stunning golf views, a private pool, a billiard room with wet bar, spacious screened porch and open deck, and a large, upgraded kitchen, all making it the perfect destination for your next Charleston beach getaway.

Entering the home on the main first level, you'll notice an abundance of natural light and a thoughtfully designed lay-out. From the pool table and wet bar in the billiards room to the large sectional sofa and 60” smart TV in the living room, this home is perfect for entertaining and accommodating large groups. The fully stocked kitchen boasts new appliances, a gas range, and plenty of prep space. There is a new dining table that seats six as well as four counter-height stools at the kitchen bar. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and a half-bath on the first floor.

With five bedrooms and four & half baths, this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for a family reunion or a gathering of friends. There are 4 bedrooms on the second level of the home (king, king, queen, queen), including the primary suite. The primary bedroom suite features a large master closet with private entry/exit, a desk, deck access, a 60” smart TV, and private bathroom with split vanities, a jetted tub, and a roomy steam shower. The king guestroom on this second floor has a private bathroom while the two queen bedrooms share a bathroom. These three bedrooms also have smart TVs. The massive fifth bedroom is in the room over the garage (or the “FROG”) and is a perfect spot for kids. It can sleep up to four in one king bed, one twin bed, and another twin daybed and has a small sitting area with smart TV. There is a Pottery Barn crib with breathable Newton mattress and a Stokke high-chair as well that guests may use.

While the inside is gorgeous, it's the outdoor areas that really make this property so special. Step outside to your private paradise, where you'll find a spacious deck with outdoor seating, perfect for al fresco dining or grilling on the new Weber grill, and taking in the stunning golf course views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch. The private pool is a refreshing oasis on hot summer days, and the sun loungers provide a comfortable spot for soaking up the South Carolina sun. Visiting when it's a little cooler out? Ask about heating the pool!

*Regarding Pool Heating: In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 10-15 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Visiting a friend who lives on the island. Her home very close to the place we rented. Our place was wonderful! Large enough for all of us to have our own space, yet cozy enough for us to cook together.

Great Family Spot!

We all really enjoyed Seabrook Island and the High Hammock house. Perfect house for a family with small children or babies. The house was well appointed and had all the kitchen items needed for a lot of cooking. The separate suite over the garage was great for babies to sleep in quiet. House is close to the beach and lots of good walking. Highly recommend all. We used all of the amenities at Seabrook. Great trip and family time.

The positives - The house was very spacious. The kitchen was well- stocked with all the items you would need for preparing food. It was really nice to have a pool at our rental. The negatives - Ir would have been nice if the pool was cleaner. There were a dew items we reported to maintenance, and they took care of them quickly. The shower in the main master bath has poor water pressure. Maintenance worked on it, but there wasn't much improvement. Overall, I would stay there again. The house is in a beautiful area and met all of our needs.

Really nice house

The home was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful views and super close to the beach. We had some minor maintenance issues that were handled immediately. My only reason for giving 4 stars vs 5 is because on the 2nd to last day, we saw that the pool was so cloudy, we couldn't see the bottom. While the maintenance team came right away to shock the pool, my family had to wait several hours (most of the afternoon) to be able to swim. The whole point of getting a house with a pool was to be able to use it, so to not be able to use it much that day was a bummer. Otherwise, the house was great, and we'd certainly stay again.
