PrĂ©sentĂ©e dans le journal San Antonio Express. Cette confortable maison est unique en son genre avec un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert. Conçu et construit par le propriĂ©taire, dispose d'une grande part fireplace..all rock ramassĂ© de la riviĂšre. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec vaisselle, ustensiles, casseroles, poĂȘles, etc ... tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Les comptoirs sont posĂ©s avec. belle carreaux de marbre. Six tabourets de bar drapĂ©s de peaux exotiques, entourent l'Ăźle dans la cuisine

La maison a une trĂšs grande mezzanine avec un lit double et 2 lits jumeaux vĂȘtus de couleurs vives. Un petit balcon donnant sur le lac a une grande Ɠuvre d'art en mĂ©tal avec un thĂšme tropical. Il ya une salle de bain complĂšte Ă  l'Ă©tage avec une baignoire sur pattes et une porte de salle de bains plus insolite.

En bas a une nouvelle taille reine en cuir couchette avec un coup jusqu'à matelas confortable .. Toute la maison a beaucoup de caractéristiques uniques. Tu dois le voir pour le croire. S'il vous plaßt noter que cet établissement ne convient pas pour les enfants. Seulment les adultes.

La maison ouvre sur une immense terrasse donnant sur l'extĂ©rieur au printemps lac alimentĂ©. Il y a plusieurs zones de siĂšges pour le plus grand dans la vie extĂ©rieure. Depuis le pont, descendre quelques marches Ă  un quai sur un ressort de cristal clair nourris lac privĂ©. Profitez de pĂ©dalo et la pĂȘche. Ce lac a toujours cool cristaux eau claire. La profondeur de l'eau est d'au moins 23 'de profondeur!

Sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la maison est un grand patio rock bĂ©nĂ©ficiant d'une grande fosse de feu. Également sur le patio est un puits de fumeur et une fosse Ă  charbon. De l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la maison, est un jardin potager ... tout organique.

Les choses Ă  faire inclure la randonnĂ©e, la natation, le pĂ©dalo, la pĂȘche et bien plus encore. Seuls les 15 minutes de la ville de Leakey, oĂč il ya de nombreux restaurants, boutiques d'antiquitĂ©s ou des souvenirs. Bien sĂ»r, il est sur le tube Frio aussi, si nous obtenons un peu de pluie!

large cabin

the cabin was well stocked with everything you need to cook or bbq anything you bring with you, the bed is more comfortable the a hotel bed. My wife and I enjoyed the small patio over looking the porch. The water was amazing and the host let us use all of the boats and kayaks that where there. The bass in the pond like top water baits in the morning FYI. we plan on coming back with our kids next time.

Perfect cabin get away!

The sun, water and cabin vibes exceeded our expectations. My group of friends was able to unwind, catch some sun, whip up some awesome meals with the VERY well stocked kitchen and made an great fire. The chickens and dogs were a hoot too :)

Quiet and pleasant stay

Wonderful property! All we felt like doing was just sit by the lake and enjoy the surroundings. Lots of birds thanks to Chris’s bird feeders. Lots of eye catching art pieces strategically placed. Thank you, Chris, for providing everything we needed to relax.

This is the most beautiful, peaceful spot in Texas! We enjoyed our 3-day stay tremendously. The cabin was just perfect with everything available that we needed. The huge deck was so wonderful, we could have spent our whole vacation drinking coffee there and watching the birds. We will be back...

Recharge Retreat

We had a peaceful time. We felt safe and free to explore. We were welcome by Gary and Panda the night we arrived, making us feel like when you go home and someone is waiting for you. Plenty of room to craft, explore and cook out. The beauty of the scenery was amazing.

Beautiful retreat

The property is amazing and so peaceful. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of life and allows you to enjoy nature and each other. The outside areas are perfect for family time and the water activities kept my adult kids entertained for hours with the paddle boat and fishing. We walked to the nearby river crossings and played as well. Chris was nearby if you needed her but, we felt like we were the only ones there. I’ve already recommended this place to a friend and will stay here on our next visit to the Frio.

This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay. The house and property are very well equipped with great amenities and the setting is relaxing. Chris was very accessible and easy to communicate with. I think it would be helpful to let guests know that the condition of the river and creek beds can change depending on weather and that at times a high clearance vehicle is best for reaching the property. Our group didn't have any issues with reaching the property but we all drove trucks/utility vehicles. Would definitely recommend !

Just what we needed

My wife and I were looking to get away for a few days with a comfortable home located around water. We started looking in the Hill Country and located this home and decided it met everything we were looking for. Chris met us on arrival and she was available at any time. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed including an outdoor cooking area, kayak, and a paddle boat!! So beautiful, scenic, and quiet. Even went on a 2.5 mile hike up to the top of the hill and enjoyed every minute of it. Water is very deep, clear, and loaded with fish that I got to feed every morning and evening. Thank you Chris and Gary for sharing it with us!!

Wonderful tranquil spot

We had a great time at the property. The house was perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated and unlike most rental properties it had everything you could ever need. The spot on Bluff Creek really is one of the most beautiful, peaceful areas I have ever had the opportunity to experience. The outdoor decks were awesome and the ability to use grills/smokers was a treat. We also had a great fire one evening that was built for us on our arrival. We spent countless hours on the dock and swim deck enjoying the quiet and the noise of the water going over the spillway. Water was wonderful and clear and we managed to catch a few catfish when we were hanging out. The visits from the dogs and cat were a welcome treat when they decided to stop in. We are looking forward to coming back again to experience

The best yet!

There are not enough words to describe this amazing property. In all my VRBO rental experience, I can truly say that this was the most outstanding yet! After 3 days and 2 nights, we all decided that there was nothing left out that we might need. Whether it was relaxing by the deck, swimming in the crystal clear lake, or just enjoying the countryside, we had a great time. Gary and Chris were excellent hosts and after a while seemed like family. In fact, Chris brought over some fresh vegetables from her garden and we picked peaches off a tree the yard. Again, I would recommend this property to anyone interested in enjoying the Hill Country at a perfect location. We will be back as soon as we can. Bill Glen

Water,water,water

It's August inTexas and when the rest of the state is parched, the water is as beautiful as ever here and the temperature is lower. Pretty little slice of heaven. One drawback was that site amenities list washer and dryer so I packed extra light bc I thought I could wash a load if need be. The washer and dryer were behind locked door. I didn't ask the owner for the use, I just assumed being that the door was locked they did not want us to use. Animals add to the serenity. Thanks for sharing your special place.

A Quiet Getaway!

This property is absolutely spectacular. The remote beauty that this house possess is unsurpassed. Chris has decorated and furnished this house in a very unique and beautiful way. The pictures do not do this house justice. We have stayed in many properties all over Texas and this has to be one of the most beautiful and remote places we have ever stayed. We were looking for an adult weekend away from all the stresses of the city and that is exactly what we got. We loved waking up to the chickens in the front yard, the beautiful and serene lake in the back, and the nice walks we took down the river bed in the morning. Chris was a wonderful hostess, she brought us fresh yard eggs which we cooked for breakfast and fresh zucchini from her garden.This was an unexpected bonus. We loved having the deck and floating dock to float out to and enjoyed this quiet secluded spot. We would love to return to this house! If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is the perfect spot!

Fabulous place to relax, getaway and have fun!

This vacation house was perfect. Very well thought out, maintained and clean. Everything we needed was there for us. My family and I wanted to stay in a cabin on the river and we couldn't have picked a better place. It's like a little piece of heaven - peaceful, lush, and artistically created. Chris and Gary were great host and treated us like old family friends, with such great Texas hospitality. We enjoyed 4- wheeling, paddle boating, swimming and fishing on the river. My 18 year old son and 22 year old daughter got to spend quality time with us all ( their dad, grandma and me) during this vacation. We caught bass in the river and cooked it up for dinner along with our fresh vegetables from the garden. We had our coffee every morning on the back porch and enjoyed all the birds, especially the hummingbirds. Town is only 10 miles away if you forget anything. We brought food and ate in for every meal, otherwise we heard the cafe is good. There's no cell phone service and I loved that because I could actually carry on a conversation with my kids. This is a fantastic place for families of all ages or couples. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back, hopefully for my birthday weekend in a few months. Thanks again Chris and Gary - we had a great time.

Exceeded my expectations

Min Paradis' House was amazing! My family and I had a wonderful weekend getaway! My family and I wanted to "get away" from it all and that's exactly what this place is! Driving to the house is an adventure in it's own. Words aren't enough to describe, you have to see and experience for yourself. We LOVED everything from the thoughtful flowers and note welcoming us to the house, eating every meal on the patio with the perfect scenery and sounds (because eating inside is just wrong with all this natural beauty around) meeting and falling in love with Levi, Bear, and "the cat" (Min Paradis' animals), bird watching, feeding the fish, watching the chickens peck around, enjoying organic lettuce and spinach from the garden, bbqing and making smores in the fire pit, sitting on the patio and listing to the sound of water falling from the dam and dozing off, morning and afternoon walks sight seeing, swimming in the exhilarating water, using the paddle boat, showering in a clawfoot tub, admiring the eclectic decor of the house, and the list goes on and on and on.....we didn't get to meet Chris but Gary was great, very friendly and was around the property and easily accessible if we needed anything. Thank you Gary and Chris for sharing your wonderful gem! We will definitely be back!!!!!

It’s the nicest cabin I’ve stayed at, amazing house, deck, dock, huge catfish coming up to feed when we put out the food and catching perch that we’re the biggest I’ve caught in years. I want to go back for sure, gold star property.

Wonderful Oasis in Texas Hill Country

We had one of the best family vacations ever! Min Paradis was perfect. From the flawless craftsmanship of the cabin, to the absolute Eden of the gorgeous little lake...everything was perfect. The "kids" (young adults) enjoyed the boats; the swimming and fishing were both great! Everywhere you looked, there was another delight, from the abundant outdoor seating, to the custom-made furniture and amazing metal art featured throughout the property. We will definitely return!
