GRANDE MAISON SUR LA BELLE RIVIÈRE FRIO QUITE

FRIO RIVER OASIS est une grande maison de 5 chambres, 2 1/2 salle de bain sur la rivière Frio juste à l'est de Leakey. Dans l'entrée est un coin salon calme pour lire ou visiter. La maison dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un bar et une table à manger. Le salon spacieux dispose de carrelage et d'une cheminée au propane. La chambre principale a un lit king size et un lit queen size, avec une grande salle de bain privée douche / baignoire. En bas, il y a trois chambres supplémentaires. On a deux grands lits et une grande promenade, deuxième a un lit queen, et le prochain a un lit queen size et un ensemble de lits superposés. Il y a une autre salle de bain complète avec douche / baignoire en bas. Une laveuse et une sécheuse, fournies pour votre commodité, sont à côté d'un demi-bain en bas ainsi. Les serviettes et les draps sont inclus pour votre commodité. L'étage est une chambre avec lits superposés avec deux lits queen et deux lits superposés pour les invités supplémentaires. Il y a un grand gazebo avec une table de pique-nique et des chaises donnant sur la rivière Frio et un foyer fournit un excellent endroit pour s'asseoir et profiter du cadre paisible ou visiter avec invité. Tubing, natation et kayak dans la rivière Frio sont juste à la porte arrière. Laissez-nous être votre lieu de rassemblement de la famille et des amis!

Fun time on the Frio.

There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy cooking, playing games & visiting with each other. We would have liked the river to be a little deeper but we were able to cool off in pockets of water. The outside areas were very enjoyable and we would stay here again.

Family birthday trip

We had a great time. 18 people all ages, and we all had a comfortable bed to sleep in. This place has everything you need. Being right on the river is the best part of this house. The home is well cared for with lots of bedding, towels, and every kitchen amenity. We loved our stay!

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our needs, and the river was amazing! Even though it was shallow there were a few deep spots right by the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful quiet spot on the Frio

Our small homeschool co-op (5 moms, 11 kids) stayed for a few days to kickoff our school year. Nothing like school in the river! Plenty of beds and bathrooms and hood lounging space in living area.

Fantastic vacation at the Frio River Oasis

We had a wonderful time at the Frio River Oasis. The house is large and very accommodating for big groups of people. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with all the pots and pans you could ever need. They even supplied a coffee pot and a coffee grinder and a keurig! There’s lots of room to spread out inside and comfortable seating in the living room. There are indoor and outdoor games and the wifi worked great for us. The absolute best thing is the proximity to the river- it is right out the back door! Property manager was very responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Motorcycle trip

Great place to stay with a group of motorcyclists. We had a total of 12 bikers along to ride the scenic hill country and the Twister Sisters. This place was perfect for a home base. Everyone had plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. Nothing especially fancy about this place, but they got the basics down very well. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay. The house was on a perfect location to the river. It was a fully equiped house that made our stay so much better. The kids enjoyed all the toys and game boards. We will definitely be returning.

Frio Oasis

We love staying with Cypress Banks. We have stayed in 2 different properties and they are all amazing. The Oasis is a great comfortable home. With all the kitchen necessities to prepare any type of meal. We love the layout of the house with all the bedrooms in different corners of the house. The beds are comfy and so is the living room with plenty of seating. The gazebo out front is the best addition to sit and watch the river. Unfortunately we didn’t get to take too much advantage of it because we are in the middle of a heat wave. But early mornings and late nights were very enjoyable especially with the fans out there. We will be back for sure next summer!!

All the comforts of home!

We stayed here for three days and had a blast. The property was spotless and beautiful! The beds were comfortable. A/C worked great. We had everything we needed and more….you don’t need to bring anything from home except for clothes and food! The most well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a vacation rental. The river was beautiful and we enjoyed the sunsets at night tremendously. At the time of our stay, the river was about 3 1/2 feet deep in front of the house, but got deeper as you went to the right. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful experience!

My family and I truly enjoyed this home and the location just minutes from Leakey. This location on the Frio is very peaceful and the property is pristine. We can't wait to come back next year.

Great Weekend Trip

Nice, big house that fit 13 adults and 5 kids very comfortably. Perfect area on the river for those with younger kids and the adults had a great time relaxing in the water also. The deck overlooking the river is nice and a good size for hanging out and playing games. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice utility room with washer, dryer, and an extra fridge. They also have many games at the house for playing in the evening. We had a great time and will be back!

Perfect spring break getaway

This property was perfect! Right next to the river with some shallow parts that the kids played on. There was even a little dock/ladder that the littles used to climb down. The evenings were gorgeous as we could see so many stars. Took us a while to figure out the cooling but the property manager was super helpful and very responsive. We accidentally left one of my daughters cherished toy phones behind and he was kind enough to send to us. The location was great for reaching garner and lost maples very easily. Overall would def return and recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing spot for a large crowd.

Easter at the oasis

Very beautiful home. Very clean and well Equipped! Very little water on the frio but was perfect for the little ones to jump around in. Will definitely be back this summer.
