âą No Unauthorized Pets: This property is pet friendly, but only upon prior approval with a non-refundable pet fee of $500 (per pet, per stay). To avoid any additional charges, please pick up after your pet and do not let them on furniture or in the pool. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.
