Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your month-long stay at Villa Butera. The layout of the home is something we love as well, and it’s great to know it worked so perfectly for you and your guests—offering both inviting gathering spaces and private retreats for everyone. David will be delighted to hear your kind words about his service and communication. He truly takes pride in making sure every stay is seamless and comfortable. It sounds like you made the most of the outdoor spaces too—relaxing by the pool and hot tub and enjoying dinners on the patio are some of the best parts of staying here. Thank you so much for your kind words about the property—we’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the birthday decorations and that the celebration felt special for your husband’s 50th! We sincerely apologize for the initial issues with the pool and hot tub, as that’s not the experience we strive to provide. We do want to clarify that once we were notified, the pool was serviced the same day to address the concern as quickly as possible. We’re glad you were still able to enjoy the pool and hot tub afterward. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even smoother stay in the future.

Thank you Mark, I really appreciate your comments. Please come back soon.

Thank you for a wonderful review!

ank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. We’re very glad to hear you enjoyed the home—especially the pool, hot tub, and overall beauty of the property. It’s wonderful to know your vacation was fantastic and that you’d love to return. We also truly appreciate your honest feedback about the areas that need attention. We take your comments seriously and have already begun addressing them with our maintenance and housekeeping teams. The issues you mentioned with the kitchen surfaces, coffee maker, bathroom fixtures, shower heads, and drawers are being reviewed so they meet the standard we aim to provide. Regarding the bunk room, thank you for bringing those concerns to our attention. We have removed the bunk beds and are updating the room to make it more comfortable, better lit, and more functional. We also apologize for the laundry scent, linen quality, and housekeeping details you mentioned. A deeper property-wide cleaning has been scheduled, and we’re updating linens and products to improve the guest experience. Your feedback helps us continually improve, and we truly appreciate the time you took to share it. We would be delighted to welcome you back and provide an even better stay next time. Thank you again for being our guest and thank you for booking November 2026!
