Guests have access to the entire property; minus owners closet in Master bedroom. The garage is also off limits and used for storage.

House is located at the front of a quiet neighborhood.

There is a small park located at the back of the street for kids to play.

Getting Around:
Getting around is very easy. You are close enough to I-70 to jump on within a few minutes, but far enough away to not be annoyed with the noise.

Other Things to Note:
No parties, no pets, no smoking.

Interaction with Guests:
Hosts will observe guests privacy during stay with little to no face-to-face interaction. We are available for any need that may arise.

We were in town for baseball and we shared this property with another family. It’s very clean, comfortable and lots to do indoors. The place is great with new appliances, two tables to eat at and full size washer dryer. The ping pong table, poker table and foozeball were great distraction while waiting for our games. Then a quick jaunt to the highway was most convenient. Definitely a great find.

Blairs House -A Homerun!!

This property is outstanding, very comfortable, and the owners go above to make the stay pleasant. We loved the ping pong table area! Owners even provide snacks, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, not just hotel samples. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!

The Blair House

My family and I really enjoy our stay. It was clean very convenient. The location was great and it was very accommodating to my 4 grandchildren. Not only was the space great for adults. They had toys a pack and play and a highchair for the kids. I would definitely recommend if going to the St. Charles areaSt. Louis area..

Graduation Stay

This was a great space for our family. We was there for a graduation at Lindenwood University and it was perfect location. My only negative was the parking if you have over 2 or 3 vehicles. Parking was tight and no off street parking. The house is beautiful and nicely maintained. There was a few issues that were taken care of, but nothing that disturbed our stay. Normal maintenence with wear and tear items. I would stay hear again and would recommend to others.

Great location & home

Prime location and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Grocery store and restaurants are close. About 20 minutes down one highway to all the touristy spots in St. Louis. Plenty of fluffy towels, comfy beds, and clean bathrooms for my family. Fun stuff to do nearby in the Historic district, as well as at the home when you're ready to wind down for the night.

Needs work

The home we rented needs work. There was a lack of furniture, and the furniture that was there was dirty. Mattresses need to be replaced the basement bathroom has plumbing issues. We also experienced wifi issues and had trouble getting a hold of the owners in order to resolve quickly.

Perfect!

Convenient location. The size and layout of the house is comfortable and great for visiting! Nice kitchen and laundry room. The game room is Fantastic! A short drive to the Schnucks ( groceries) and Fratelli’s (Italian restaurant). Highly recommend!

Great place for a quick trip to STL!

This house worked perfectly for our two families to stay for our mini vacation to STL! We didnt want to stay in STL, and the house was an easy 20 minute drive from all the STL fun and activities. The house was clean and host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond!

Nice place to stay

We had a nice stay. It was perfect for our needs and close to everything in St. Charles that we wanted to visit. We had family that lived very close so it made it convenient to visit with them.

St.Charles Missouri getaway

Very spacious and clean property. Well supplied for all needs. Three bathrooms was a plus for four women. Close to Historic district, shopping and very nice restaurants.

Everything we needed!

The home was well stocked with all we needed and plenty of towels!!!! The shower water pressure made for a fabulous shower and the tub was perfect for a good soak. We appreciated the keyless entry with 8 of us coming and going, the location was ideal for traveling to STL or seeing the sites in St. Charles. The kitchen was well stocked and very well organized. It was one of the best stays we've had and hope to return with our next family gathering.

Great house with lots of entertainment

Nice clean house, good location, lots of entertainment options in the basement. Beds weren't terrible but also not "luxurious". Plenty of space for large group.

Convenient and has all necessities

The home has all the necessities you need for a week or a month long stay. Our biggest complaint is the lack of cleaning. The floors are filthy throughout the house. After walking barefoot for a few minutes your feet are black from dirt. A deep cleaning would solve these issues, but even knowing we had a 30 day stay it wasn’t done ahead of time.

Great Property but Many Restrictions

We moved away from St. Louis in 2022 and come back often to visit with friends and family. We rented Blair's House for a week during Christmas. It is a beautiful house, well decorated with ample supplies and the owners are very responsive. And the neighborhood is nice and close to everything. However, renters should be aware of these restrictions... - While the basement is finished with an entertainment/gaming area it is misleading. There are absolutely no parties allowed. - Occupancy is limited to 10 persons. The owners are very insistent on this as they "lose their short term rental license" if violated. - All guests must be registered in advance. - Guests are not allowed to park on the street or even "turn around in the street". Never heard of a city restriction like that before. - Quiet hours are mandatory and start at 9pm. - The property has a ring doorbell and sound monitoring system. - Guests cannot park in the garage. The restrictions are the only reason I could not give this a 5 star review. We are grown adults and felt like we were being treated like children. The entire reason we rented a full size house with an entertainment basement was to host family and friends. We have rented other properties on VRBO in the St. Louis/St. Charles area and have never had these restrictions before. Read the fine print before you rent this house.

Wonderful Stay

The house was very nice and roomy for our big family of 8. The master bed felt like a cloud but all the other beds were not soft enough. The kitchen was big enough to cook in and the grill was great with the big fenced in backyard. We all enjoyed the game room. Over all we would rent it again, it was worth the money.

Great family vacation in St. Charles, MO

Blair's house was very comfortable! We definitely enjoyed our stay! Matt was great in communicating with us. The AC certainly got a workout during our stay as the temperature was above 85 for all the days of our stay. The kitchen has everything needed (electric griddle, blender, hand mixer, lots of pots/covers, skillets, cookie sheets). The foosball, ping pong, and poker tables, along with the tv area in the lower level were great to use during the hot weather outside. We barbecued using the gas grill on the covered patio. We certainly appreciated all the extras such as garbage bags, dishwasher/laundry pods, seasonings, paper towels, and toilet tissue to name a few. The bath towels were very soft. Loved the extra kitchen towels! Parks in the area of the house were great! Short drive to most of the attractions such as Children's Museum, Zoo, Arch, and Aquarium.
