Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

Situated on First Avenue, this home resides in a charming neighborhood bustling with families. Nearby, renowned dining spots like Sliders, The Surf, and Sandbar await, while the ocean beckons just across Fletcher Avenue. Eato Chef, a mobile restaruant with outdoor seating, is located steps from the property! Amazing area to walk around, comfortably situated in an amazing part of the island. Short drive to Historic Downtown as well as beaches like Main and Americcan Beach!

Getting Around:
Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all. Rent a golfcart and enjoy endless cruising around he island! When you're all finished, park in your two-car garage!

You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit
