Lovely home

We were on the Island for an event. The home was convenient to places we needed to go. The decor is nice and functional. We really enjoyed the recreational extras in the garage like bike and chairs. We felt like the home felt roomier than it looked in the pictures. The only issue was being beside the hotel - lighting made it difficult for rooms to be dark at night - and loud music from the Sliders bar and restaurant near by was bothersome but not heinous. We had friends staying across the street so we used their beach access otherwise it would have been a longer “commute” to the public beach access.

It was extremely easy to communicate with the property manager. The house exceeded expectations. It was well stocked. Great location.

The best trip!

We love to stay in this area because it’s a quick little walk to the beach but also multiple places to eat and the beach store. This is by far our favorite place we have stayed in Amelia Island!

Beyond Words

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the rental property near the beach. The location was perfect, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to the sandy shores. The property itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days exploring the nearby attractions. The peaceful ambiance and beautiful surroundings made our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to return for another delightful getaway!

Location!

Love the location of this property. The host was great at communicating. Our only issue was the listing made it seem like there were two bathtubs and that was a small issue for bathing a baby but loved the master shower!

Gorgeous and Clean Home

Great location! Beautiful View and lots to do. The home was super clean and stocked with games for us to play along with beach chairs and toys. The kids had a great time and so did we. Definitely recommend!

The place was very nice and well equipped. Nice views to beach and in walking distance ti some restaurants and beach. Overall a positive experience. Only suggestion would be blinds that block light in master bedroom.

Spacious, beautiful condo, convenient location

Beautiful, modern condo was perfect for our family of 4 for 3 night stay during Thanksgiving holiday. Very spacious, clean, and conveniently located with easy access to beach, center of town, and shopping. Craig (host) was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We especially appreciated access to bikes and beach toys shared with guests. We highly recommend booking this condo for your next Amelia Island visit!

Lovely Home on Amelia Island

The house was exactly as advertised - spacious, clean, and right across the street from the beach. There were some quirks though. The house was well supplied with many things but there was no basics such as toilet paper, tissues, paper towels or soap for the shower. The check in/out process was simple. The management team was extremely responsive. The smoke detector in the master bedroom was chirping and they were there within the hour to replace the battery. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is a hotel next door so there was a lot of traffic, light and noise coming from that side, particularly when then emptying the dumpsters at 5:30 am. The house is on A1A so there was quite a bit of road noise too. But I can forgive any minor issues for an ocean view and beach access! I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place and Location

Great place to stay, so convenient to the beach- (5 min walk), grocery stores, restaurants & downtown Amelia. Garage full of beach equipment if needed and bikes! Very short walk to beach, either via car to the parking lot at Sliders or walk straight across the road to beach access right across the from house. Craig, our host, is a great communicator, messaged back very quickly. We have stayed here several summers and will again.

Sweet Getaway

We decided on a quick getaway and this location fit the criteria. We enjoyed the weekend and accommodations. Friends that accompanied us stayed in the upstairs bedroom and did have a minor complaint, no TV in the room. Quick getaway weekend was enjoyed by all. Thank you !

Time with Friends that are family!

We loved this place! Great setup. Description has beach chairs and etc available for use. That is true! The only thing we will take next time is our big cooler. I would suggest driving on the beach if you have to haul several items but a wagon is available. The only thing better would have been if it was located on the beach side. Fun time with friends. Just and fyi The only kitchen item used was the coffee pot but we went to enjoy time together not cook!

Beach trip

Absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect. Beautiful home and could not think of one thing we needed that was not there. Very clean and comfortable. We did have more than one car at a time and that was a little trying but we made do. Will stay again!

Family Girls Trip

We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island. The townhouse was fabulous. Our only issue was that the A/C went out but Craig took care of the issue promptly. I would highly recommend staying here for your vacation. Craig has made sure you all the necessities plus plenty of beach supplies. We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Amelia Island. Thank you Craig for everything. :-)))

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this condo! It was clean , great location (short walk across the street to the beach) and fit all of our needs. In the garage- they had absolutely everything you need for a week at the beach- bikes, boogie boards,beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc!
