Beach Place 308 est un rêve en bord de mer de 1360 pieds carrés qui a subi un remodelage complet qui comprend toute la nouvelle cuisine en granit, tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et les nouvelles salles de bains en granit. Nouveau mobilier partout, nouveau tapis de tuiles partout et une douche à l'italienne luxueuse. Il y a des téléviseurs dans les 3 chambres. Arrangements de couchage: King en Master, 2 Queens en 2e bdrm, 1 Queen en 3e bdrm. Beach Place 308 dispose également d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge.

Mais aucune vacances ne serait complète avec de multiples voyages à la plage, à la piscine et au barbecue! Heureusement, tout est là, à quelques pas! Un autre plus-John's Pass Village est juste de l'autre côté de la rue! Au «Pass», vous, votre famille et vos amis pourrez profiter des boutiques, des restaurants et des divertissements le long d'une promenade de 1 100 pirates. Un pittoresque village de pêcheurs du début du siècle et l'attraction touristique numéro 1 du comté de Pinellas. Le village compte plus d'une centaine de boutiques uniques, une variété de restaurants, la flotte de pêche locale, des excursions d'observation des dauphins et des bombardements, la location de bateaux, le parachute ascensionnel et le jet ski. Mieux encore, en tant que client SunHost, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à cette grande destination de divertissement. Great location, issues with property

The location was perfect, although that led to a lot of kids screaming at the pool and running in the halls late at night, as well as super close to the public beach access. Condo was clean but several things don’t work properly (ice machine, dishwasher, dryer, sliding doors, TVs) and it got very hot at night. One room with no mirrors. Overall the stay was fun and good, but those items need fixed before I would return to this exact property.

Very sad when you pay so much to stay they can't even accomadate their guest cars. We had to pay an additional $200 in parking for our place condos #308

Location and view make up for resorts short comings

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is its best quality, and the view is amazing. The place itself could make some very small changes to really improve; ironically however the in room "guest book" they leave for people to comment in had several different issues listed (some many months or years prior to our stay) that were still not addressed. Two of our guests are sensitive to dust and every time the A/C would kick on they'd start sneezing and were congested overnight (as if they had bad colds); suspect dirty air vents (which was mentioned by others in the guest book). The windows facing the hallway wouldn't latch so excess noise was coming in; also that meant you could access the room through the window if you wanted to from the hallway!!! You can't get extra towels, must wash your own however the dryer isn't maintained so the exhaust duct seemed clogged and therefore you had to run the dryer 3 or 4 times to dry towels. The glass slider to the deck was very difficult to open due to the very dirty/gummed up track; again small maintenance item that would fix this issue for months/years to come. They should spent a small fraction more of their enormous profits (based on what they charge) and they'd really have a gem there!

Beach front condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for our family with older children. The beds were comfortable. They provided plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and sand toys. Flying in for vacation and being limited what we can bring, this condo was perfect for us. We rented a car, which we really didn't need, because everything you need can be accessed by walking across the street to John's Pass. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is perfect. Condo was not very clean . Our feet were filthy after walking on the floor the first hour so we know it was not moped. There were no cleaning supplies to wipe counter with or even the glass table. Carpet needs a serious cleaning. Also found many dirty dishes in the cupboards. The ladies at the office were very rude. Talked to other guests and they said the same thing. We have stayed two other times at Beacg Olace and it was great. If we come back hoping it is much better.

The dryer vent needed cleaned and the furnace filter needs changed which I reported on my exit paperwork.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and well stocked with all we needed for the 2 weeks we were there. The only big thing that needs updated in the unit would be the sliding glass door. We know that it is the original door, which means its at least 40 years old. We have been coming to this building since it was built, family members owned 3 units in this building. We could not even open it and had to go through the master bedroom to get to the balcony. It does need a coat of paint through out the unit also.Our weather was great but we know that you would have nothing to do with the red tide but that was a bummer it really hit on our 2nd week. Hopefully it won't happen next year!! See you next year....

Nice view and location to everything at Johns Pass.

The Location and view are great and unit 308 was pretty clean and big enough. Where things went off the rails for our trip was at night when on two of our four nights people were out on their balconies playing loud music, singing and basically being a bunch of drunken rude idiots that had no respect for others at the resort. The first night here on June 13 the crap was coming from room 107 primarily and didn’t stop until around 2am. Our last night June 16 the crap was center around rooms 310, 311 and this didn’t end until around 3am. Teenagers in the pool during these same hours, probably belong to some of the drunken idiots that were disturbing the peace. Oh and let me not forget the fireworks on the 16th at 1am. Unfortunately, there is no one like security to step in and enforce the rules I. The Condo Rental Contract about these types of matters so you are left to either screaming them down which I finally did the first night or perhaps calling the police. It’s so sad that people left to their own devices can’t have a good time within reasonable hours as so to not negatively affect those around them. For these reasons I can’t in good faith recommend anyone staying at Beach Place, it’s simply not a good choice unless you are ok with getting hardly any sleep.
