Great stay on the gulf, we had gorgeous weather. Johns Pass did not disappoint for shopping and nightlife. Would book again.

Perfect Getaway Location

Overall fantastic experience. The location and ease to get to the pool and beach were essentail for us with our 1 year old. There was SO much to do within a quick 5 mim walk.veey family friendly location.

Great location & beach

There was a little issue when we got there, but that was resolved quickly and we had a great time. Loved the location right on the beach, which was silky soft sand. And you are right across from John’s Pass Village so very walkable to restaurants and shops.

Great location!

Great location! Right on the beach and across from John’s Pass. The trolley stop is steps away. We took it to Clearwater Beach and St Pete’s Beach. All the amenities you need!

Amazing family vacation

We had the most amazing family vacation staying at this condo! Perfect location. We had everything we needed at the condo. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was amazing at communicating and was always available to answer my questions. Cannot wait to stay here again the future!

Our favorite place to stay.

This is our 6th year staying at this condo and it was wonderful as usual. Perfect location to John's Pass (right across the street) and beach. Clean and comfortable. Love having beach chairs and sand toys already there so we don't have to pack or buy all that stuff. We look forward to our next stay here!

Great Location

A quick girl’s trip to Madeira beach, and this was the perfect spot. Walk to restaurants and shopping across the street, beach access steps away, a nice pool on location and views of the beach. As others mentioned the unit is dated, but clean. Barb was great and we had a wonderful time. We’d come back!

Beautiful Condo across the street from John’s Pass

I was unable to go (due to some health issues) but my Daughter, her husband & their two kids (4 & 6 months) absolutely loved the Condo, it’s location, cleanliness & sense of security (needed codes to navigate the building). Everything was as advertised and we plan to go again when I am feeling better, perhaps an even longer stay next time (they were there 3 nights).

As good as it gets

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Location is perfect. The beach on one side, and a dinner restaurant zone across the street. My college daughters found plenty to do, and the pool is perfectly warm. The condo itself was ideally size for the four of us. We will be back!

Perfect Location

Location couldn’t have been better. As you can tell by the photos, the unit isn’t directly facing the beach but the patio has a great view from the side. Beautiful, warm pool on the backside of the condo that sat right on the beach. The condo was a bit dated but was priced accordingly. Could have used a couple more bath towels and dish towels but we just bought our own. The host was great. We had a minor issue with the toilet and she had people in there the next morning to fix it without any disruption to us. I would definitely stay again.

The bed in the second bedroom was not very good but the rest of the flat was very good the balcony faced a wall but you could just see the beach. The pool was good and easy to get to the beach. Easy reach to the broadway some very nice shops and restaurants Caddy’s was the best one that we found.

Labor Day Getaway

Property was as described in listing. Clean, a/c worked well, and can't beat the location. The property pool was fantastic and right on the beach. Rooms were comfortable. Great view from balcony. Communication with the Owner was efficient and she was very helpful and accommodating. Parking space in covered garage was a plus. Walk across the street to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. We would definitely book again.

Nice Condo, Nice complex, fantastic location!

We love Madeira Beach and have stayed there several times. This condo is our favorite so far. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. The complex is the second one up from John's Pass. Park your car in the covered space and then walk everywhere! We very much appreciated the beach toys, chairs, etc that were located on the balcony. The pool is adjacent to the beach and is perfect. My only complaint would be that the wi-fi is sketchy(certainly not worth deducting a point for, though). Owner is very nice and the communication included everything you could need. Thanks!

Perfect Location

Stayed at this condo for a girl’s trip last month. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! Right on the beach and directly across from John’s Pass which is full of on-the-water restaurants and shops. Beautiful side view of the ocean from the balcony. Communication with the host was great. She was very helpful answering the questions we had before arriving. Condo itself is a bit outdated, smells musty, shower wasn’t very clean and the spare room is small. The toilet runs until you jiggle the handle and bring TP because extra is not provided and wasn’t even a full roll. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Location is great. We did have an issue with the internet for the tvs, but Barbara was very attentive and worked to help get issue taken care of. Unit is a little outdated, but makes up for it in location. Would definitely stay there again

The beach view was great. It was a side view, but from the balcony there was a great view. There was an issue with the internet connection for the TV in the master suite. I had to set up the connection the first day, the second day it started out to work but after starting a movie, the movie froze and internet connection was lost. It never would reconnect so, not watching TV in the bedroom.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our condo is located in the vacation district so there are many activities in close proximity both walking and driving. Busch Gardens in Tampa is only about 1 hour drive. Disney/Sea World/Universal Studios about 2 hour drive. Clearwater Marine Aquarium (home of 'Winter' the dolphin from movie Dolphin Tale) is only 1/2 hour drive.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

A car is not a necessity as our condo is also on the beach trolley line with a stop right out in front of the building. There is also bus service available, Uber, and cabs. There is a shuttle service @ most airports 'SuperShuttle' for transportation to and from airport.
