Tout ce que vous attendez de vacances à la plage est disponible, y compris la piscine chauffée, les activités de sports nautiques, les repas (à la fois décontractés et gastronomiques), la chasse aux coquillages et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Une voiture n'est pas une nécessité car nous sommes sur la ligne Beach Trolley et à distance de marche de nombreuses activités et restaurants.

Spring break post cruise

The location of this property is amazing! Right on the beach with access to the heated pool. (Which was a nice addition since it was so cold during our stay!). Beautiful views of the sunset and lots of opportunities to collect shells. The unit was just as described. Barbara was very responsive every time I reached out. The parking spot for the condo is located under the unit so it’s covered. The floors were a little dirty so I would suggest wearing house slippers. Everything else was very clean. The beds were super comfortable! Lots of beach toys,chairs and umbrellas available to use. Beach towels are not provided, so be sure to pack some! Would definitely sfay here again!

Perfect Location

Location couldn’t have been better. As you can tell by the photos, the unit isn’t directly facing the beach but the patio has a great view from the side. Beautiful, warm pool on the backside of the condo that sat right on the beach. The condo was a bit dated but was priced accordingly. Could have used a couple more bath towels and dish towels but we just bought our own. The host was great. We had a minor issue with the toilet and she had people in there the next morning to fix it without any disruption to us. I would definitely stay again.

STAY AWAY

Worst experience ever. Barbara tried to hold your money since the Hurricane came in with 8' surge and destroyed the area and we were unable to access the area. Although Maderia beach was under mandatory evacuation and no nonemergency vehicles or people still days after we were supposed to check in were not allowed anywhere near the area. she said that she doesn't "typically give refunds, but given the circumstance, she would offer us credit for the days we didn't stay toward another time within a year"?????? Uh What? what about were do we stay now...her response is that we weren't stranded because we had a car and could just drive home....what? I brother flew in from Reno, NV. It was a terrible thing what happened to Maderia Beach and we come to this area a couple of times a year and it will be years until the area comes back for this storm and it breaks our hearts. But I would never book with her again, because you know if something isn't right, she is going to go out of her way to not make it right. VBRO had to force her to refund us so we could find some where we could stay as every thing was booking up fast inland to stay. Karma I am sure will do its part with this one, but if you don't want to deal with someone that has no business in dealing with the public when things don't go according to plan, there are plenty of other places you can go stay in the area as we have for years and other host have always been AWESOME! VBRO customer service was GREAT!

Great Location

A quick girl’s trip to Madeira beach, and this was the perfect spot. Walk to restaurants and shopping across the street, beach access steps away, a nice pool on location and views of the beach. As others mentioned the unit is dated, but clean. Barb was great and we had a wonderful time. We’d come back!

Labor Day Getaway

Property was as described in listing. Clean, a/c worked well, and can't beat the location. The property pool was fantastic and right on the beach. Rooms were comfortable. Great view from balcony. Communication with the Owner was efficient and she was very helpful and accommodating. Parking space in covered garage was a plus. Walk across the street to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. We would definitely book again.

Weekend at Johns Pass

Found this last minute stay and communication was excellent with owner. It is your typical older Mad Beach condo. Could very much use any kind of updating (if you need that) but otherwise clean, owner friendly, lots of beach toys for us to use, quite building and you literally cannot beat the location. Walk across the street to John’s pad for all your food and entertainment needs.

My son and i checked into this condo at the end of June and were very disappointed with the overall experience. The condo unit advertised was very deceptive, with pictures making it look like it was a beach front condo. The property itself was unkept and very outdated as was the condo unit. There was a strong smell of mildew/mold odor as soon as we walked in. Still could not find the hot tub and tennis court advertised in the listing. Would not recommend using VRBO.

Location location location. Literally steps to the sand and ocean. This condo is a walk across the street from John’s Pass where there’s many shops and dining options. The pool area was very clean and nice with an abundance of chairs and even grills with a covered dining option. The condo is fully furnished and functional and the balcony has a great side view of the ocean. There were beach chairs which made it convenient for those who fly. We never had issues during our stay. If you are looking for convenient accommodation without all the frills this property is exceptional

Nice condo near Johns Boardwalk. Adjacent to many beaches via bus route.

Property was very close to many good restaurants and shopping. This property is centrally located between Clearwater and St. Pete. Both are easily accessible via the bus/trolley line that runs about every 20 minutes. No need to find parking at the beaches. Nice pool and beach access.

Not a second thought...

THIS condo will be out FIRST choice when we come back down to the area. We are somewhat picky when it comes to giving someone our repeat business. Barbara reached out to make us feel welcome in our brief communications. The current photos accurately represent the condition of the condo, however there were positive changes to the decor which made our visit even more comfortable than how the photos would indicate. The beach-side amenities provided us with needed items (important as we flew in). Overall, one of the better beach trips (albeit too short for us) we've taken in our nearly 40 years together.

Perfect Location

Stayed at this condo for a girl’s trip last month. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! Right on the beach and directly across from John’s Pass which is full of on-the-water restaurants and shops. Beautiful side view of the ocean from the balcony. Communication with the host was great. She was very helpful answering the questions we had before arriving. Condo itself is a bit outdated, smells musty, shower wasn’t very clean and the spare room is small. The toilet runs until you jiggle the handle and bring TP because extra is not provided and wasn’t even a full roll. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Excellent Condo, Perfect Location

Spent a week at this property with my girlfriends and the place was exactly as described. Location was great: no car needed; Condo had all necessary provisions; Pool was clean and quiet and Barbara, the property host, was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay here again: top notch place!

Our condo is located in the vacation district so there are many activities in close proximity both walking and driving. Busch Gardens in Tampa is only about 1 hour drive. Disney/Sea World/Universal Studios about 2 hour drive. Clearwater Marine Aquarium (home of 'Winter' the dolphin from movie Dolphin Tale) is only 1/2 hour drive.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

A car is not a necessity as our condo is also on the beach trolley line with a stop right out in front of the building. There is also bus service available, Uber, and cabs. There is a shuttle service @ most airports 'SuperShuttle' for transportation to and from airport.
