This is our second Beachfront Condo. We kept searching to find a perfect spot - not overly crowded yet close to everything you would want to enjoy. Madeira Beach is a favorite for both locals and tourists - it's a great place for the entire family.

We provide chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a cooler.

The kitchen has new quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. We provide what most cooks need: microwave, Keurig Combo Coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine and champagne glasses, cutting boards, dishes, pizza pans and more.

HD Smart TV’s in every room each with WIFI, Spectrum TV and Pandora included. Wall mounted 65 inch Samsung unit in living room and 50 inch units in all bedrooms.

Check in arrival is 4 PM, earlier check in can be requested but cannot be promised.

Service Notes: We have a professional cleaning service between guest visits. Special arrangements can be made to have cleaning service for guests who stay longer than 7 nights. For example, when a guest stays 4 weeks, we can arrange to have housekeeping come to the unit each week.

Great property in a nice location.

Nice condo with everything you need for a family vacation. Very clean. Photos are accurate depiction. Large balcony with nice balcony furniture and great view. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nice clean bathrooms, large smart tvs and beach supplies made this a great place for our family of 6 and my wife’s parents. Really enjoyed the stay.

Amazing condo, location, and owner/manager.

This was a really clean, nice, spacious, updated, and well-stocked condo. The location is amazing. Close to the main road in and out of the beach area, close to grocery, retail, and restaurants. The pool is great. One of the best parts though was Dolores, our contact for the condo. We have rented many condos over the years and she was by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. Her communication was amazing. We received the check in instructions early and getting in was simple. She was so proactive in communicating with us and responsive throughout. I can’t thank Dolores enough.

Perfect Family Retreat

This place is perfect for a family getaway. The pool and hot tub are great. The beach is long and sandy and the water is great. The condo comes with 2 parking places and lots of beach toys and pans for cooking. The only thing that bothered us was the grill wasn't working right, but that has NOTHING to do with the owners. Delores was always available to answer any questions that we might have and sent the information needed to checkin in a timely manner. WE had a great time with our daughters family and grandchildren. Nothing like sitting with a view of the ocean first thing in the morning with coffee.

This property is everything in the listing and more. The home is imperceptible and so well supplied and the owners are above and beyond in their kindness and responsiveness. The grounds and pool are well maintained, safe and secure. We had a fantastic time!

Annual Summer Vacation

My family and i have been coming to this area for over 30 years. We've been renting condos for over 20 years. This is by far the nicest condo we've ever rented. They have everything you need and the decor looks like it was done by a professional interior designer. The people at the complex were very nice as well. We will definitely comeback next year.

Few days to relax

Immediately upon arriving, we were swept away by the views. The home is lovely and we sincerely enjoyed our stay there. We hope to be back in the future. The owner is very responsive to any questions and very kind with all the information she provided.

Madeira Beach Stay in May

Our stay at Dolores’ condo was fantastic! The condo was incredibly clean and, best of all, had everything we needed, including tons of towels, kitchenware, cleaners, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. The location is great and the 5th floor was quiet and gave us amazing views of the sunsets. Walking right out to the pool and beach was easy and convenient. There were 3 great restaurants within a five minute walk, and the Lucky Lizard was by far the best, best food, beer, and service. All in all a great week and we are looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you!

Fifth floor condo

We have stayed at many Vrbos in the past and this is one of the best. Communication was outstanding. Condo was the best supplied with things for the kitchen plus outdoor beach items we have stayed in yet. Would definitely stay again

We seriously cannot say enough about how PERFECT this beautiful place is and how our family loved the layout having adult kids being able to have your own space bedrooms bathrooms along with having a great kitchen and dining area… not to mention the living room equipment with all the bells and whistles right down to the luxurious couch they have thought everything so your can enjoy every minute of your stay!!lots of extras for your beach time provided!!….So fresh and clean….The location is so convenient for dinning entertainment groceries and spirits. Loved the pool hot tub … and the beautiful white sand beaches…. What a view from right from your balcony!!!!!…Picture perfect sunsets ,dolphins,and sailboats … We can’t Thank the hosts enough for answering all of questions and hands down the most accommodating!!!… Thank you again ❤️…..This beautiful place is all you want and more to enjoy your family vacation!!!!!

Outstanding condo right on the beach

Wonderful condo. Highly recommend. Local owners are great with communication and very helpful. Condo was very clean and beautiful with high end furnishings, comfy beds, and all the extras you need for your stay. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. The best part is you are right on the beach. Open the sliders and hear the waves crashing on the shore. Pool and hot tub are heated to really warm temps. We swam in 65 degree weather. Elevator worked well, two covered parking spots, and secure building.

Loved Top Floor Gulfview Condo and Madeira Beach

Everything about this was perfect for our family. The hosts were very responsive to any inquiry we had and very quick to respond. The unit was super clean and the furnishings were amazing. - beautiful and so comfortable. We heard no noise from other units or outside. The view from the deck faces the gulf and we had some amazing sunsets while we were there. Great places to dine were within walking distances as were attractions to entertain the kids. Would definitely recommend for couples or families if you are looking for a great beach experience without the noise and partying.

Former New Yorkers - Dolores Jugo-Yano and Ezra Yanowitz - Found Paradise in Florida - a bit earlier than most but we are glad we did. We live close by in Tampa so we can manage and care for our properties.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We drove down from our Clearwater Condo and liked many of the places along the way. Guppy's, Salt Rock Grill, The Reef and then found John's Pass and thought it was great. Right over the drawbridge is St. Pete/Treasure Island with lots of eateries that we enjoyed especially Salty Dog and Willies. We felt that Madeira Beach was going to be that special place. We had been looking for a rental, it took us a few years.
