This is our second Beachfront Condo. We kept searching to find a perfect spot - not overly crowded yet close to everything you would want to enjoy. Madeira Beach is a favorite for both locals and tourists - it's a great place for the entire family.

We provide chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a cooler.

The kitchen has new quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. We provide what most cooks need: microwave, Keurig Combo Coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine and champagne glasses, cutting boards, dishes, pizza pans and more.

HD Smart TV’s in every room each with WIFI, Spectrum TV and Pandora included. Wall mounted 65 inch Samsung unit in living room and 50 inch units in all bedrooms.

Check in arrival is 4 PM, earlier check in can be requested but cannot be promised.

Flexible Check-in Days allowed for our guests busy schedules

Payment of 50% required to secure reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment is accepted in the quoted currency (USD) only.

Cancellations:
100% refund in first 5 days after payment, then see rental agreement for time frames and terms such as 14, 30 and 45 days notice.

Service Notes: We have a professional cleaning service between guest visits. Special arrangements can be made to have cleaning service for guests who stay longer than 7 nights. For example, when a guest stays 4 weeks, we can arrange to have housekeeping come to the unit each week.
