The open floorplan living area delights with calming coastal charm, plush furnishings, and balcony access. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and new, quartz countertops. It has everything you need to show off your cooking skills! The adjacent dining area offers seating for six, with extra seating at the breakfast bar.

The intimate main suite boasts a king bed, work desk with a monitor, and private balcony access. The en suite main bath features dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combination. A warm and inviting second bedroom hosts two queen beds. The adjoining second full bath offers a convenient shower/tub combination.

The Beach Place condominium is just across the street from John’s pass, offering a variety of attractions from restaurants and shopping to boat tours and even jet ski rentals. This condominium also features a beachfront heated pool, tiki lounge area, and BBQ grills.

Beautiful Condo

The location was great, condo was very nice and spacious. Very nice furniture, very clean. The only problem I had was finding the parking space. It was a great experience.

Updated condo on the beach!

We loved the location and updated decor. Although it does face the bridge and street there are still great views of the water. I read several reviews about noise from the cars/motorcycles but my husband and I had no trouble sleeping and rarely heard any street noise that would keep you awake during the night ( unless you are a very light sleeper). Enjoy!

Great Maderia beach condo

Very convention location. Parking spot (single) right by elevator which is right in front of the unit. You can hear cars at night if very sensitive but otherwise the condo was NOT noisy as per some reviews. Very nicely updated and spacious and has all basic cooking supplies. No washer in unit but upstairs. Nice balcony - overlooks traffic and bridge but water in background and overall very pretty. Very short easy walks to pool, beach and all shops of John’s Pass. Perfect if you want a lot to do but not if want a more quiet and secluded condo. Very good value

Great location

Condo is nicely renovated and location was ideal for our family. Quick walk to many restaurants and our nightly ice cream run. Condo reviews were spot on and the street noise is loud. But we ran a provided box fan during the night and that worked to block out the noise. If visiting in summer months, elevators and laundry facilities are HOT. It’s like doing laundry and riding in a sauna.

The only parking spot available for our unit was inaccessible, and the managements solution to this was for me to park in random private spots that were open at the time. Which ended up with multiple people knocking on my door throughout the stay to move my vehicle out of there spots. (At all hours of the night)

Nice roomy layout

Love the views of the water out several windows, the drawbridge is right in front of you when you get to watch that as the large boats go past and it opens up, watching the bustling John’s Pass was always fun as well. The only drawback that I have is that all room darkening shade needs to be on the second bedroom because the hallway at the elevator is very well lit all night long and keeps the room bright. But that’s an easy fix. Other than that it was a wonderful stay

Will not book again.

Checkin was a cluster, code for access to building wasn’t correct, the parking spot wasn’t marked. I took a 5 minute process well over 30. Very noisy with traffic, roaches in the unit, killed at least a dozen and put a trap down.

Location is great

Check in process was kindof confusing. Property manager is not on site. So the office there was not able to help us. We were suppose to have a parking pass in the room when we got there but there was nothing. But the lady in office was nice enough to give us one. If u are looking for a place to relax at the pool this is not the place. But if u have little kids it would be ok. I actually got hit with a football sitting on the edge of pool. Wasn’t even able to go in because of all the kids. Location was great. So much to do right across street. I probably wouldn’t stay again only because of the pool situation.

24/7 Never ending sounds of traffic

Beds were comfortable and sheets clean. In general, the unit was suitable. I did not see any roaches or other bugs. Directly across from Johns Pass and on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. This unit was not quiet at all. The noise of traffic reverberated throughout the rooms 24/7. Engines revving, tires squealing, sirens wailing, truck back up beepers beeping, leaf blowers blowing, garbage trucks collecting garbage, horns honking, and the list goes on. Single pane windows and leaky seals do nothing to keep the noise at bay. The sliding door was non-functional. The parking spot was not marked, but is located next to the two power poles (see map in elevator). TV's were good, but you will need to figure out the Roku has the sound control - not the TV remote. No darkening curtains in the bedrooms, so the lights from outside shine in all night through the blinds. Living area had one lamp with a faded 25W bulb; need more lights in this room.

Good location to Johns Pass

Right across the street from Johns Pass. This condo doesn't have a direct view of the gulf but of the inner canals and calmer waters into Johns Pass. If you are a light sleeper take some good ear plugs, you can hear the neighbors moving around, taking showers and flushing toilets. This condo is directly across from the elevator and the trash chute so you get a lot of that noise. And every morning it seems the trash truck comes between 5 -6 am and they keep their reverse beeping sound on for at least 15 minutes. Loud trucks and cars go flying up the causeway at all hours of the night and day and you hear it all. There is no washer and dryer and they want you to clean the beach towels before you leave. There is 1 washer and dryer on the first and the third floor. One wash and dry was around $5 total. As much as the room is it would be nice to be able to wash and dry on the condo. Condo Itself was nice and no sign of bugs so it does seem like they took care of that problem. I personally wouldn't stay here again because of the noise but if you can sleep through anything then I would recommend the location and condo itself.

Beach condo - great location

This is in an older building, but the unit has been renovated and everything seemed to work, but there are some mystery wall switches. We had a problem finding our parking space because it is in an odd location plus some underground repairs had been done resulting in no marking on the pavement. Because of our complaint, the property management did paint new numbers on the parking space while we were still there. The beach is fabulous and the pool is nice. Red tide was a problem while we were there, so everyone was coughing, but there were only a few dead fish on the beach. The condo overlooks the drawbridge, which means that trucks, motorcycles, etc. accelerate to get to the top, so it could be noisy. We were there only on weekdays, so I wondered if it could be noisy late at night on weekends. On the weekdays, things quieted down by about 9 pm. Kitchen supplies were scarce, e.g. no potholders and only two kitchen towels. Rules were you have to launder your beach towels and the laundry machines cost $2.50 each, but apparently the detergent comes with that. Not sure why that is not included in the cleaning fee. Nice TVs, but a lot of remote controls for each, so it can be confusing and we didn't find any instructions.

Renter Beware-Would Never Stay Here Again

The unit is incredibly noisy--so much so that the master bedroom is nearly unusable. We had to take turns sleeping in it knowing that whomever was in the room would not get a good night sleep. There are also no curtains and the blinds let in a significant amount of light. So in addition to the noise, you also are unable to sleep past sunrise. Next, the listing says--Private Laundry. Thus, we only brought clothes for 1 day with the intent of doing laundry daily. There is NO private laundry. It is shared, on a different floor, AND you have to PAY $3.50 for each load. Also, the laundry is only on 2 of the 5 floors so you have to haul laundry up and down floors. Then, they request that you wash towels before you leave meaning you would need to pay to wash the unit towels traveling up/down multiple floors to do so. Next, you cannot set the air conditioning below 72 degrees. This is something they should put in the listing transparently so people know. The listing states there are kayaks--there are not. There is only 1 bath towel per person, and only 4 total beach towels when the listing states that the unit sleeps 6 people. The location to bars/restaurants was convenient. But we would absolutely have never rented this unit without having in unit laundry and the noise. It is not worth getting poor sleep while on vacation.

I really don't even know how to make this review and actually debated even doing it, BUT, I feel a responsibility to warn people. Let me start by saying that the rental company, Vacasa, was phenomenal! Upon arrival, the unit was immaculately clean (cleanest condo we've ever rented) and their customer service is phenomenal (we spoke with them quite a bit, unfortunately)! The condo is literally in the BEST location. John's Pass is our favorite vacation spot, so to be right on the beach AND across from the boardwalk, we were in heaven...until, we weren't. I'll just cut to the chase...the condo had a cockroach infestation. At first we thought they were just random little bugs (because they were babies), but on day two, I found an adult in the living room, then 2 in the kitchen, and then 2 in the room my kids were staying in under the cable box. The babies were under the garbage, under the toaster, and all over inside the dishwasher. We obviously called Vacasa around 8pm and asked to be relocated, which we were the next day. They also sent pest control to the condo and after his inspection he actually called me to confirm that they did have an infestation. We were moved to another Vacasa condo in Indian Rocks Beach and it was wonderful! Again, immaculately clean upon arrival and had everything we could've needed (aside from proximity to John's Pass). So all in all, I would absolutely recommend a Vacasa listing, but felt that it was important to future customers that I shared our experience with this one. Their customer service was excellent and they took care of us every step of the way! They did treat the condo for cockroaches the day that we moved out, so I'm sure it will be fine in the future as long as they stay up on it.

I would definitely stay here again. Very easy walk to the beach. The beds were very comfy with plenty of pillows and everyone loved the huge sectional in the living room. Can’t beat the location at John’s Pass.

Nice condo

The condo is nice. We can see a partial view of the beach and full view of the street and bridge. Just 2 minutes walk to John’s pass. The beach is full of seaweed when we were there (middle of June) so we had to go to St. Peterburg beach for swimming.

Great condo at a convenient location

This property was as advertised. It looks like it was recently renovated. It had all of the amenities we needed. The proximity to Madeira beach was great. You can relax at the beach and take advantage of the shops and restaurants steps away at the Boardwalk. It was perfect for our family vacation.
