Stayed with Jim for Easter and my grandkids birthdays!! Jim was an amazing host. He was a text away if we needed him. Place was spacious and the pool was lovely. We are planning on booking again.

Peaceful Getaway

This was truly one of our favorite VRBO stays. The home was peaceful, private, and we felt completely safe throughout our visit. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and had more than enough space for our family of four. The host was respectful and easy to deal with none of the usual hassles we’ve experienced elsewhere. Our only small issue was that the cleanliness could have been slightly better. Still, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this beautiful home!

Safe Haven

We evacuated for Hurricane Milton, the house was a perfectly safe haven for our family. We did not use the pool due to the weather, but it looked inviting. The property owner was friendly and accommodating. The listing was accurate and the home was comfortable. Would consider this property again for a theme park get away.

Quiet area!

The neighborhood is very pleasant to stay in. The house is well equipped for all of your needs. The pool is the perfect spot to relax! Home is close to a shopping area, so that makes it easy to get food or pick up a forgotten item. About a half hour drive to Orlando. A perfect place to stay!

GREAT STAY!!

We enjoyed our 3-week stay in this very comfortable house with our 2 cats. The house is located on a cul-de-sac/ “dead-end” street in a quiet neighborhood. The house is also located near Highway 27 and depending on highway traffic, you can hear the noise when sitting in the pool area/lanai. We enjoyed the pool and patio furniture. The house was also very pet-friendly with a lot of windows for them to look out. The amenities were as listed except that there is no traditional satellite/cable TV; the smart TVs use Roku and channels/apps are streamed. Jim was a great host and answered questions/responded to issues very quickly. The welcome gift was greatly appreciated!! Thank-You Jim for a great stay!!

Disney Christmas

We had a wonderful stay at this property...the home was clean, comfortable and we had all of the basic equipment that we needed (washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, linens, etc.). Our host, Jim, was so welcoming, kind and thoughtful...he was always available to answer our questions and was very helpful.

Enjoyed my stay!

The house is well equipped, clean, quite neighborhood. The only down side for us was that we want to spend the day a Universal Studios and it was almost one hour drive with traffic. Other than that it was a nice place!

Great place

Wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed lounging in the pool and cooking our meals and eating outside at the table. The kids loved having the pool, they swam everyday. Close to major parks and shopping, etc. Would stay here again if we go to the area in the future! Plenty of space and clean. Loved the couch- very comfy to relax after a long day!

Needs A Little Updating

This house is well located in a quiet neighborhood, however the interior of the home could use some updating. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, not bad but could be better. Also some of the window blinds need to be replaced. We also had a problem with the water being turned off when we arrived. Apparently the water had been turned off to do some repairs and wasn't turned backed on when the work was completed. We contacted the owners who in turn contacted the Utility Company. Fortunately we were able to turn the water back on ourselves before the Utility people arrived. Let me qualify this by adding that the owners were very good about communicating with us during this time, apologizing for something that really wasn't their fault and offering to bring us bottled water.

Unforgettable vacation

Spacious home. Enough bedrooms. Master bedroom bed very uncomfortable. Body sank in mattress, and the very middle of bed was a hard lump. Shower had a smell to it, never used it. First bedroom, sons body sunk into mattress. I sat on bed and it rolled away from me, where I almost landed on floor, which I walk with a cane. Do not know if bed frame had wheel locks. Unable to open blinds due to they kept falling to the floor. Dyer hard to open and close, literally had to slam door to close. Did not use pool due to all the insects kept getting in pool, butterflies, beetles and secadas. Pool itself was green on bottom which I was told it was algae. Top of screen had an opening where insects where able to get inside and landed in pool. As a family, we were very disappointed with not being able to utilize the pool during our stay. This was supposed to be a fun vacation and birthday celebration for my grandson (7 yrs old), cause all he wanted to do is get in the pool and enjoy himself. It would have been nice to be told about pool screen being damaged. The owner very nice and responsive. Temperature was very hot and humid at times where a nice dip in the pool would have cooled us off. Once these issues are resolved, I am sure the time spent here will be more enjoyable.

Our family came down for a sports event from 9 hours away. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the board games. Owner was very easy to contact and answered any questions I had promptly. Would definitely recommend

Jim is such a nice guy, first of all! We very much enjoyed our stay at his rental. The furnishings were very modern and well kept. The pool was always warm! The neighborhood was right in the middle of the action, but far enough away, that it was quiet. We will probably stay there again next year! PS I love that there was no carpeting in the bedrooms!

The home and location were beautiful. The host communicated in a timely manner and even left tokens of appreciation to help us enjoy the stay. The only issue I had was that the tub, shower, and sink in the master bedroom had not been cleaned (I just cleaned them myself). Other than that, everything else was good. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!!!

Great stay and easy check-in process!!! The property owner was easy to contact with no problem and he even left a gift, which was a nice gesture! Will stay again with no question. Very relaxing especially with the added feature for the pool which was even better!!

Clean, Well Equipped, Spacious, Comfortable Home!

This house was prepared nicely & thoughtfully decorated. The host left a gift for us to enjoy which was a nice touch! The pool was clean, heated and very relaxing. Plenty of beach towels furnished. The patio was complete with comfortable lounge chairs, regular chairs & tables. There was a washer & dryer offered with plenty of detergent/dryer sheets provided. The living room was very comfortable with plenty of seating & a large screen TV. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of garbage bags, dish soap, coffee, pots and pans, dishes, etc. The location is conveniently located only a short drive from a lot of great attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. AND not far at all from the happiest place on earth!! I would definitely recommend this home.
