Hi Maureen. I am sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay to the fullest. The key box code is not provided until the day of the check in for security reasons. The pool has weekly service and the fact nothing was reported about it makes me wonder why this comment is made after the check out. Whenever there are dogs there is additional clean done and paid for. I have proof confirming there was not only no large dog before you checked in but I would also have never ever accepted a dog of that size in the house. The house also has no carpet other than in the stairs in order to ensure it is easy to clean. As for the appliance that had issue unfortunately it always take a minimum of days to get it replaced. On the listing it is documented that the driveway has a one parking space and parking in the street is allowed. Guests cannot later complain about it. I appreciate the feedback but in the review the only feedback I can use for improvement is the emergency light which I have never seen in private homes only in hotels but still can surely try to find something.

Good day. I am sorry to read that you paid for pets while not having pets. When guests book and click on « pet fee «  I have no way of knowing if they do that by mistake or not. It is an optional fee. I then inform management so that they make sure to plan for extra cleaning time. As for the wifi during your stay you never mentioned there was an issue. Again I cannot guess there are issues if guests do not let me know. The guests after you informed me of a problem with the wifi and spectrum came the next day to replace the modem. For the cleaning and toilet supplies the management always provide the minimum in all of their houses. Guests understand that it is a vacation home and not an hotel which has daily maintenance and clean. We never provide any food supplies to avoid causing allergic reactions that some guests could have. Thank you for your understanding.
