Bright and Cheery, Private Basement Apartment!

Come enjoy a comfortable, private basement apartment set in the heart of Longmont! You will be just 5 minutes from downtown & walking distance to grocery stores a few local restaurants. Longmont is located 40 minutes from DIA & 15 minutes from adventure waiting in the Rockies. Off-street parking is included along with a lovely kitchenette, dining room, living room, brand new bathroom, & bedroom. We are a family with small children so the occasional noise may be heard upstairs during the day.
The space.
The main living area of the apartment includes a kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, microwave, electric burner and plenty of dishes and cookware. The dinning area is perfect for enjoying a homecooked meal after a fun day out and then put your feet up in the living room to enjoy a movie, game, or good conversation. The couch includes a full sized pull out for sleeping.

The bedroom is adjacent to the living area and has a queen size bed, tv, dresser, and closet.

The bathroom is newly updated and features a brand new shower.
Guest access
The washer and dryer are available for use by guests, however since it is our family laundry, we just ask that let us know if you intend to use the laundry during your stay and we will work out a time that works best for everyone.
Other things to note
We are a family with 4 small children and will do our best to eliminate loud noises, but please understand that little feet and voices can be heard overhead typically between the hours of 7am-8pm.

Visiting family

The basement apartment was a better alternative for us than a hotel. It was spacious and clean. The location allowed us to visit with family in the area but also easily make it out to Estes Park, Boulder and Denver for hikes, dining and exploring. We’ll be back as we return for our visits.

Spacious & Comfortable

Exceptionally clean, nicely appointed. Easy commute to Boulder for our daughter's graduation from UC. Walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. Also a quick drive to a quaint historic area in Longmont. . Happy to contribute to a family business over a corporate hotel chain. Appreciation for our stay.

Clean with comfy bed

Stayed here while helping our daughter move out of her CSU dorm for summer. The place is clean, comfy, and messages with owner are easy with fast replies. Nicely priced with the tradeoff of a little further drive. We were happy to escape some of the graduation crowd by being a bit further out.

Family Visit

This is a great little basement apartment. It is very well appointed with everything you look for when you’re not at home. You do hear some noise from upstairs because there are two young children. It was comfortable and clean. The only thing I would say to the owners is to let people know that they need their passwords for streaming TV. There are no local channels available.

Immaculately clean, beautifully styled, but noise from above

This space is spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. I do feel as though the amount of noise that comes from above (the space is in the basement) is downplayed in the description of this property. If you are not noise-sensitive, this is a beautiful, affordable place place to stay.

Basement apartment!

Had an excellent experience. I was visiting for a wedding and the accommodations were perfect for me. Jarrod is an excellent host. Very responsive, and through on directions for check in and out. Apartment is so cute. Stocked with everything I needed. The bed is soooo comfortable! If I ever get back to Longmont I will definately stay here again!!!!

Great Place to stay in Longmont

We just returned from two weeks at this location. We were in Longmont for our grandson's birth. Jarrod was responsive to several emails before our arrival even helping us adjusting our stay when the grandson decided to make an early arrival. Even though this is a basement apartment it is bright and clean. Even though we did not cook many meals you have all you need to prepare a meal. We indeed heard the children during the day but as the listing states this ended early each evening. The bathroom is modern and well stocked with linens. We were able to use the washer/dryer a few times during our stay after sending a quick message. The bed and bedding were comfortable. We would definitely stay at this location again when visiting.

Kids are a bit noisy but if you don’t mind that it’s a great place to stay. Clean and spacious.

Easy access to Boulder

I attended a workshop in North Boulder. The apartment was an easy drive to North Boulder and well stocked with kitchen items. Located 3 or 4 blocks from a grocery store for stocking up on supplies for lunches.

Perfect location

We visited Colorado for the first time and we had a very pleasant stay at our Vrbo. Our hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the duration of our stay and the apartment was super clean and cozy. We would definitely stay there again!
