Venez nos invités dans notre maison de chariot confortable dans le quartier Prospect Newtown, éclectique et funÚbre de Longmont. Dwell Magazine a appelé Prospect "America's Coolest Neigborhood". Nous ne serions pas plus d'accord!

Les rues bordées d'arbres sont remplis d'architecture intéressante, de couleurs funky et de personnes merveilleuses. Nous avons des parcs avec des hamacs, une piscine communautaire charmante, des restaurants, des bars, des galeries d'art, des antiquités, des boutiques, des salons de coiffure, une multitude de façons d'exercer, des concerts d'été en direct avec des camions de nourriture et bien plus encore à une courte promenade du front porte. Et Denver, Boulder, Estes Park et le ski Colorado sont à une courte distance en voiture.

Notre maison de transport est conçue et Ă©quipĂ©e pour ĂȘtre votre maison loin de chez soi. Avec un mobilier confortable, une literie de luxe, une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, un bureau spacieux, une tĂ©lĂ©vision grand Ă©cran, vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour travailler, jouer et vous dĂ©tendre. Cet espace confortable, calme et sophistiquĂ© a Ă©tĂ© conçu au-dessus de notre garage dĂ©tachĂ© sans parois communes et donnant sur un parc privĂ©. On y accĂšde par un seul vol d'escalier intĂ©rieur. Un parking privĂ© se trouve Ă  quelques pas de la porte d'entrĂ©e. Nous vous demandons humblement de laisser vos grands animaux de compagnie Ă  la maison. We loved staying here! It was quiet, well maintained, clean and inviting. We came out for Ironman 70.3 Boulder and had a great stay. If we come back for the race in the future, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect stay in Longmont

Clean, cozy, and comfortable. This was perfect for my husband and me during our4 day stay in Longmont. The neighborhood allowed us to walk to businesses-bakery and dinner, and a quick drive to many of Longmont’s sites and experiences. And, an easy drive to Boulder.

Longmont oasis

The carriage house was perfect for my stay. Very well appointed, clean, and convenient location. The host, Linda, was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful neighborhood

Best experience with VRBO. The hosts were helpful and attentive. The location was wonerful. I stayed in the fall and the colors were breathtaking. Everything I needed for my stay was included in this cozy and clean carriage house. Highly reccomend staying here!

Perfect size and location

Since we have family in the area, my husband and myself decided that we will always try to book the carriage house when we come to visit. Perfect size and location for us. Great bakery, coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent Stay!

This place is among my very top stays ever. Responsive and kind host (Linda), charming and quiet neighborhood, lovely space. Both cozy and expansive due to a fantastic design. Has everything you'd need - full kitchen, bath, laundry, bedroom with super comfy bed, living room, and a desk area. I just loved it. Stay here, you will enjoy it!

Well Appointed Apartment in Prospect Newtown

My wife and I are considering a move to Colorado, and we wanted a chance to spend some time getting to know the area. We chose this VRBO based on its proximity to bike paths and friends in the area. The carriage house apartment was very well appointed having everything we needed. The hosts, Linda and Chad, were very accommodating to some special needs we had. Our biggest surprise was the neighborhood in which the apartment was located—Prospect Newtown. Developed in the early 21st century, it has the feel of a traditional neighborhood that is walkable with a town center having shops and eateries. It was very reminiscent of the neighborhood in which I grew up. We very much enjoyed our stay and would seriously consider a return visit in the future.

Great unit. Great owner.

We stayed for a month to visit our two daughters in the area. Super responsive owners with any concerns or questions. Always got a response within an hour or two. Lovely place and location. We will definitely be back!!

Couldn't be any better!

We were in town for a high school graduation 🎓 The carriage house was a perfect place to stay. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We ran into the owners as they were backing up out of the garage. They were extremely nice and are there if you need them. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.

Wonderful and cozy. This carriage house is local t ed in a beautiful treed area of Prospect.

We loved this convenient location of this well decorated one bedroom unit over a detached garage. Great value. It had all the amenities. Coffee maker, kitchenette with oven, stove top, microwave. Full bath with soaps and shampoo. Even washer dryer. You can't go wrong. Great hosts.

Much nicer than a hotel room!

We stayed at the Nelson’s above garage apartment and it was such a blessing! It was way better than staying at a hotel! It’s located in a quiet and lovely little neighborhood. The place in of itself was super clean, organized, and well decorated. They stocked the kitchen area with everything we needed. There isn’t a dishwasher, but that was no biggie at all! Check in and check out process was super easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay again when we’re in town visiting family.

I stayed only 6 nites - was there for wedding festivities and visiting friends. I've used VRBO for many years, in many locations. Linda and Chad are hospitality pro's!! Their Carriage House was visually pleasing and physically comfortable - clean, bright and uncluttered. Thoughtfully supplied with anything and everything you could need!! And in addition to all that - - they are really very nice people!! I can recommend this property without any reservation and would happily return again!

The property was cute and comfortable. Great neighborhood with pretty gardens for walking, and very dog friendly. Nice pizza place right in the neighborhood. Hosts were good communicators. Had a really nice stay.

Great location!

Cozy is an appropriate description for this lovely carriage house apartment. The neighborhood is a huge asset, too. There’s a fantastic coffee house in walking distance and restaurants and groceries are close by. If we come back to the area we will definitely try to stay there.
