The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Convenient to all stores and restaurants and to the places where my family reunion was held. D and John were super helpful and kind. We really enjoyed staying here.

Cute little place!

The place was just as it was described. It was comfortable, cozy and close a lot of places to see and explore. The hosts were very communicative and very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Longmont was a great spot and this rental was perfect for walking down to the Main Street. We had a great time exploring Longmont, denver, and boulder! Great backyard spot too.

Quiet stay in a great location.

Our hostess “D” was so helpful and accommodating. I’d recommend her place for anyone looking for peace and quiet. It’s also very close to downtown Longmont which has no shortage of cool bars and restaurants.

The property was exactly as pictured and descriptions were accurate. Very clean, the property owners were fantastic, and the location was great. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was spotless. It would work great for up to 4 people. We cooked a lot and were thankful to have all sorts of pots and pans, utensils, and dishes to use. All appliances in the kitchen are normal size and work like brand new. The hosts were so nice, and responded to my questions promptly. It’s a private basement space, and the AC works really well. It was in the 90s the week we were there, and it was never too warm. There’s a washer and dryer accessible in the kitchen, including laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The bathroom was very clean and functioned well. There are coolers and camp chairs in the closet, as well as plenty of extra towels, blankets, linens, and pillows. The beautiful backyard is also available for use. It’s in the city of Longmont and only a couple blocks from Main Street. Lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes to visit! There’s also a couple of grocery stores within a 2-mile drive.

Perfect Colorado Getaway

Loved staying at this gem in the heart of Longmont. Close to the shops and restaurants downtown and very convenient for us visiting Boulder and the Denver area. Darine and John were so kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Location was great. There were great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We walked to several locations easily. The host provided coffee and snacks which was great. The kitchen was well appointed. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

Really enjoyed working with these property owners. Place was clean and nicely decorated, close to downtown which was in walking distance, lots of restaurants and cool shops. Enjoyed sitting out at the covered patio to relax after a long drive. Would recommend and definitely would book again !

Great stay in Longmont

Exceeded expectations - very nice accommodations- updated and very comfortable- communication was great - we stayed at John and Darine for 8 nights in early July for the Colorado sparkler softball tournament - great location for games in Longmont Erie Loveland and Westminster- easy drive over to Rocky Mtn National park - food in Longmont downtown was great - will stay here next year if our team comes back

Convenient Location and Great Host!

Stayed here for family weekend at CU. Quick trip to Boulder. The host is very responsive and accommodating and the apartment was very clean. Downtown Longmont is cute too!

Great place!

This basement apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that's close to everything you need. It is impeccably clean, has a great kitchen, a good-sized family room, and 2 nice-sized bedrooms. The bathroom was very clean. I would stay here again.

Nice quiet place, central location

Was traveling with cousins for a family gathering and seemed better than a hotel. Very glad we decided to stay here. Very quiet, clean, and nicely finished basement. The host was very friendly and checked in periodically to ensure our stay was pleasant.
