The modern flat is just a 3-minute walk from the beach.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, full-size oven and 4-zone induction hob. The large free-standing fridge has 3 freezer drawers.
There is a modern Bosch washing machine in the bathroom.
The terrace is orientated so that the sun shines on the terrace from morning to evening in both winter and summer (sun loungers, awning and parasol are available)
The flat also has a television with German TV programmes. We welcome you with a cup of coffee from the Dolce Gusto coffee system. Coffee capsules are available to buy in the supermarket.
The large dining room is furnished with a table for 4 people.
From the sofa you can comfortably enjoy German television.
The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with a length of 200 cm.
The separate children's room has 2 separate beds, which can also be pulled out. The room can be darkened. A baby cot is also available.
The shower in the bathroom is 6 cm high and is almost flush with the floor.
