Parking is available for two cars, with one in the assigned carport and one unassigned space in the open community lot.

The private boat slip can accommodate pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, small power boats and watercraft less than 20â in length. Water depth would be adequate for these types of watercraft.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
