This apartment is perfect for 2 people. Picking up the parking pass and accessing the apartment is very convenient and easy. It is located within easy walking distance to all of the main attractions.

I used this place for the oceans calling festival. It was close enough to be an 11 minute walk but far enough that i slept restfully every night.

The property was so cute! I loved our condo! We are definately going to stay there again!! Very clean!! I was very pleased! Soo close to the beach! Only 2 blocks!! I highly recommend this place!

Overall this beach house was beautiful. My only complaint was no linens on the bed and the shower was quite tiny. You also need to bring your own towels for the shower! The distance to the beach was amazing and it was so close to the bay too! Absolutely beautiful ! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice spot with your loved one.

Pleasantly surprised! Condo was very clean and comfy. Small, but perfect for sleeping and showering! We spent our days on the beach and mainly just slept and showered there! Patio was also a huge plus! Super cute private area away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough if you enjoy that! Will definitely book again!

Close to beach and boardwalk, the condo was clean. The area around it could have been nicer. Some things could use repaired/updated (coffee maker :)). Didn’t see a pool available to us though the listing did mention one. The fold out couch is not very comfortable- if you must use it (our little boy did), I would suggest bringing a comforter in addition to sheets. We ended up buying him another blanket on the boardwalk.

OC Car Show trip

The unit was smaller then expected, but since it was only two of us and just for the weekend, it served its purpose. The unit was very clean and looked as if they updated it recently. The only view was the backside of other building but it was conveniently located to the down town area, beach and board walk.

Cute place. Small, but cute. Overall it was okay, however, I did message and ask if we would need toilet paper and did not get an answer. There also were not any sheets. That’s fine I just wish there would have been a lists of things we would have had to bring ourselves. Toilet paper, sheets, towels, etc. Short distance to the beach which was nice. AC worked great. There were dirty dishes in the oven when we got there. Wasn’t horrible, but wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

4 night stay with my sister for Country Calling - location was great for the event and we had a blast, but some things to note:I emailed one day prior for parking pass and arrived to no pass at our unit. We went to the office but it was closed. There was a note on the door that allowed me to check in with staff - was told pass would be delivered the next day which it was; I was handed the pass and told that people would soon be ticketed and towed. Mislead by prior cleanliness ratings - not the cleanest.No linens as some other reviews stated. No sheets, no extra pillows, no towels, not even a kitchen towel.Hair in the shower, stains on the carpeting, bed was well worn in and not great. We didn’t see a pool either, as some reviews also stated. If I had not brought my own bedding and towels we would’ve been uncomfortable. We made the best of it but wouldn’t book here again.

The notes about the office were wrong so we couldn’t get a parking pass and left a note to avoid getting towed. The toilet fill valve is broken so toilet ran entire time.

Not the best

The place is small. Probably best it was just my husband and myself. It was dirty. New cleaners needed!!! We were told we need to go get a parking pass, well the place they sent you to wasn’t even open. I tried calling and messaging the owner and no answer, even to this day. The location is very convient. Mitchell’s market has great sandwhiches, which is a block away. Believe me when I say you can hear everything that goes on upstairs, and I mean everything! I would probably not stay here again.

Overall, our stay was great! We loved the private pool and how close this condo was to the boardwalk and beach! The host was very quick to respond to texts that we sent and questions we had. Place was very small, there is barely enough room to walk around the bed in the bed room I wouldn’t recommend having 4 adults stay here for longer than a weekend. Even though we had a great time, the biggest negative we had was the comfort of the beds. The bed in the bedroom wasn’t the worst mattress but wasn’t very comfortable. The pull out couch was absolutely HORRIBLE. The ‘mattress’ was springs with a thin sheet cover over them. I had to go out and buy a cheap egg crate from Walmart because it was so bad. I do not recommend staying here without a mattress topper for the pull out couch.

close to ocean and boardwalk, loud occupants upstairs and outside on decks

We were kept up a good portion of the night, both nights of our stay by folks upstairs, sounding like moving furniture, stomping, then loud neighbors up late on the many neighboring porches. I would never stay at this property again. Also, there was an overwhelming and offensive odor of some sort of deodorizer or cleaner. There should be a better shower curtain in shower to keep water in. We did our best to tuck it into bottom of shower, but with each shower, there was a puddle from the shower to past the sink. This does create a slipping hazard, especially since there is no bathmat. The outside of this property looked pretty run down and there was trash scattered about. I feel I payed far beyond the value of this property.
