1st level condo that sleeps up to 4 people. Outdoor porch area for eating outside. Walking distance to the boardwalk, amusement park and rides and beach. Condo comes with only one (1) parking space.

Condo does have a window A/C unit and fully equipped kitchen.

Great spot

I used this place for the oceans calling festival. It was close enough to be an 11 minute walk but far enough that i slept restfully every night.

Very cute place as the pictures show but, obvious that the cleaners didn’t spend much time cleaning. We found a vodka bottle under the couch. A bottle of Mountain Dew under the bed in the bedroom. When we used the stove the burners were covered with something and it caused a great deal of smoke. There is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, which was noted in past reviews. The mattress cover on the pull out couch is ripped and the cushions are dirty. The small table in the porch was covered in black dirt and water was dipping down from the upper porch onto our things below. We tried to find out where the pool was from calling the manager but no one answered or returned our calls when we finally got to leave a message. When we went to the office we were given a code to the pool that never worked. We tried several times, so don’t use 3570, it won’t work. We had some friendly folks let us in. On a positive note it was a very short walk to the beach

Overall this beach house was beautiful. My only complaint was no linens on the bed and the shower was quite tiny. You also need to bring your own towels for the shower! The distance to the beach was amazing and it was so close to the bay too! Absolutely beautiful ! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice spot with your loved one.

No parking pass

The notes about the office were wrong so we couldn’t get a parking pass and left a note to avoid getting towed. The toilet fill valve is broken so toilet ran entire time.

Not the best

The place is small. Probably best it was just my husband and myself. It was dirty. New cleaners needed!!! We were told we need to go get a parking pass, well the place they sent you to wasn’t even open. I tried calling and messaging the owner and no answer, even to this day. The location is very convient. Mitchell’s market has great sandwhiches, which is a block away. Believe me when I say you can hear everything that goes on upstairs, and I mean everything! I would probably not stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised! Condo was very clean and comfy. Small, but perfect for sleeping and showering! We spent our days on the beach and mainly just slept and showered there! Patio was also a huge plus! Super cute private area away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough if you enjoy that! Will definitely book again!

close to ocean and boardwalk, loud occupants upstairs and outside on decks

We were kept up a good portion of the night, both nights of our stay by folks upstairs, sounding like moving furniture, stomping, then loud neighbors up late on the many neighboring porches. I would never stay at this property again. Also, there was an overwhelming and offensive odor of some sort of deodorizer or cleaner. There should be a better shower curtain in shower to keep water in. We did our best to tuck it into bottom of shower, but with each shower, there was a puddle from the shower to past the sink. This does create a slipping hazard, especially since there is no bathmat. The outside of this property looked pretty run down and there was trash scattered about. I feel I payed far beyond the value of this property.

The property was so cute! I loved our condo! We are definately going to stay there again!! Very clean!! I was very pleased! Soo close to the beach! Only 2 blocks!! I highly recommend this place!

Not a horrible experience, but we won’t be back….

Communication was excellent prior to check in but then no response with other concerns with black mold on the shower ceiling and questions about the place and check out. The place was wayyyyyyyyy smaller than the pictures look and not as clean as we were hoping for. Not a good place for 2 adults and 2 small kids size wise. The location was great for the price which is the only reason I’ll Give it 3 stars and not 2. We wouldn’t stay here again, even if it was just me and my wife. Overall not a terrible experience but we won’t be back.

Great location.

Great location. Very small. Needs some updates on the furniture. Had some ants at one time but they went away. Place was clean but the outside of the property needs updated as well. I would recommend for two people.

Property Manager Doesn't Care About this Location

Communicating with Tania Almaraz was difficult. She waited days to respond. The phone number for her on the listing goes to a construction company and she never returned my phone call. The parking area is really tight. If many people are staying in the building area, and they drive SUVs, it may be difficult to get a spot. The condo is in a unit that has an overall mold issue (granted, near the beach, that may be difficult to mediate). When we checked in, I actually expected issues like non-working coffee maker and black mold in bathroom would be fixed (as listed on previous reviews)--they were not. The main living area was filthy. Moved couch and ottoman and found empty chip bags, piles of food, and a syringe. The mattress for couch was covered in sticky liquid, which I also had to wipe down and clean. I cloroxed the counters and the wipes were brown, counters were crusty. Luckily, the bathroom, overall was clean. I messaged Tania for a vacuum or second cleaning. She ignored my text. In fact, I am quite sure she will not even see this review. I would not stay here again. Nor would I suggest this location to any friend of mine.

Last minute vacation

This was a last minute trip and the location was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk! The house is in good shape and very welcoming! The only downfall we had was I read over bringing your own towels and linens… other than that, the stay and house was great.

Little vacation

This property is a smaller place but it was perfect for what we wanted. Very close to the beach and bay. Not far for the boardwalk and had a nice pool! Had no issues with the parking pass or things going wrong at all. Highly recommend!

Overall, our stay was great! We loved the private pool and how close this condo was to the boardwalk and beach! The host was very quick to respond to texts that we sent and questions we had. Place was very small, there is barely enough room to walk around the bed in the bed room I wouldn’t recommend having 4 adults stay here for longer than a weekend. Even though we had a great time, the biggest negative we had was the comfort of the beds. The bed in the bedroom wasn’t the worst mattress but wasn’t very comfortable. The pull out couch was absolutely HORRIBLE. The ‘mattress’ was springs with a thin sheet cover over them. I had to go out and buy a cheap egg crate from Walmart because it was so bad. I do not recommend staying here without a mattress topper for the pull out couch.
