This three-level unit is located on the boardwalk. It features a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and central air. It is also conveniently near amusement parks, shopping, and restaurants.

Things to Know

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Anniversary/Birthday Vacation

We love ocean city and especially staying on the boardwalk. El Capitan is the perfect location on 4th street. Overlooking the beach and boardwalk is the main attraction. Restaurants with good food are nearby. We plan to go again.

Condo was awesome! Fit all of my family and was in a great location! Even had a pool and a balcony overlooking the ocean! Will be staying again!

Great Spot

This little condo was perfect for our needs and budget - a bedroom and bathroom for us and a bedroom and bathroom for our son. Great oceanfront balcony right in the middle of the boardwalk, and on the top floor! Kitchen and bathrooms are pretty dated aesthetically, but we didn't care. We would definitely consider coming back here.

It is a really cool place. It was nice having two bedrooms two bathrooms. Right on the boardwalk and beach so it's super convenient. The only thing I'm not a fan of are the gaps in the balcony partitions. So, if you have neighbors, there won't be much privacy when on the balconies. Other than that I enjoyed my stay here.

Has it all

Loved being on the boardwalk, having oceanfront view from living room, and bay view from bedroom. Stayed with a friend; she had her own bedroom & bathroom, as did I. Check in/out super easy. Even used the stackable laundry. Four stars for cleanliness because saw some dust/crumbs along perimeter of living room, and some sand in bathroom---but nothing alatming. Highly recommend this condo.

Found our new vacay destination!!

Can’t say enough about what a wonderful place this is! And we have tried many, many condos, hotels and motels throughout the years. Very, very clean! Has everything you could possibly need and want. All the comforts of home. 3 levels was plenty of room and decorated so cute. The BEST views of the ocean AND the bay. 2 balconies overlooking each. Pool was great and bigger than expected. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Absolutely coming back again and again!!!!

Great view & comfortable condo

The condo is a little dated but the view more than makes up for it. The bedrooms were perfect for us with 1 full bed & bunkbeds in one bedroom & a queen bed in the other bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms which was really nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. So convenient to be right on the boardwalk at 4th street. We will rent this condo again soon. It does only have one parking space but parking was free Monday through Thursday in the town lots & street parking. Worked out great.
