A lovely home with a beautiful ocean view and good beach access. Great kitchen with all the necessities. Very convenient for our family! My only disappointment was the quality of beds. They all felt unsupported and rather cheap. Otherwise nothing to complain about! The game room downstairs was great for our kiddos!

The house was perfect for the family lots of space, well stocked and comfortable for a group. Beautiful view, easy walk to the beach and nice parking at the house for easy load and unloading. The host was very easy to work with and check in was a breeze. Thank you so much. We will be back!!

King Tides

This was a perfect vacation house. It is as advertised on the listing. Very spacious, incredible view of the ocean and beach access not very far from the house. Between the pool table and air hockey table and many other puzzles and board games the kids were never board.

Beach getaway

Adam’s house is great for a family beach getaway! It is within walking distance to the beach and has great views from the porch/deck. We all enjoyed playing pool downstairs and working on puzzles provided in the house. We will be back!

Memorial Weekend Family Get Together

Loved the house & view. The bed size description has been updated since I originally booked. At time of booking it described a full size bed in the fourth bedroom, but it's a twin trundle, so not ideal for two adults. However the Pool Table was great! Had an issue with the kitchen garbage disposable, but Adam responded quickly and attempted to fix. However, he determined it needed to be replaced, which obviously couldn't happen over a holiday weekend, so we were careful not to use it the rest of our stay. Since there were 9 adults and a child, a few more rolls of TP would have been nice- we had to purchase more, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay & would recommend.

Great place to stay at the coast in Lincoln City

The house worked well for us. The kitchen is updated and clean. The view is terrific; ocean across multiple windows visible from the deck where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning.

Quiet and clean beachside retreat

Very open and spacious, perfect for a family or big group looking for a quiet and clean space to enjoy the beach. Views are gorgeous and beach is a block away. Modern and comfy decor. Pool table is great to have for practice if you're in town for pool tournaments! Would absolutely stay here again!

Beach Was Closer Than We Thought

A view of the beach over some houses, newer refrigerator, comfy couch/beds, over stocked kitchen, modern beach-house styling, several pillows, extra blankets, games, a pool table, and a big jetted tub are just some of the features of this beach house rental.We really appreciated that the main living area has no carpeting and this was suitable for our 2 dogs.Be sure to bring clothes hangers, coffee, and salt/pepper shakers. The propane grill and microwave turntable did not work. The drain in the bathroom downstairs was slow. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful home with short downhill access to the beach. It was really all we needed for a fantastic long weekend on the beach.Thank you Adam & Wyn

Pool tourney family

10 of us shared the house so comfortably. The kitchen was so well equipped, we made many big meals which made it more like home being away so long. The parking was nice for all of us to be able to drive separately. We thank you for all!

Great location

Great location with an easy walk to public beach access. Nicely updated older home, big windows and close enough for some good views around the houses in front of it. The downstairs king bed was very worn out and uncomfortable and definitely needs replacement. It's unfortunate to go on vacation and sleep poorly. The other beds were comfortable for the rest of our family.The kitchen was nicely appointed and had all you need for making meals.

Beach get a way a little disappointing...

Location great! Cleanliness great! View and beach access great! Accuracy of online listing was disappointing! Said 4 Bedrooms and a game room...in reality it is three bedrooms with a trundle bed in the game room! Listed 2 rooms with King beds,1 room with queen and bunk bed and 1 bedroom with a full bed.(This is the game room with the trundle bed.) Very miss leading! The furniture shown in the pictures is not what is there! A very used sectional with very used pillows is what we found. Most all the furniture in living room is well used!Dinning room table is missing a chair and no bar stools as shown in the picture at the island. All items in kitchen well used also. House interior is update, except for carpet is old. Bathrooms are new and beautiful! (Bathroom towels did not match the new update, as very old and miss matched. With these old furnishings it did not make you love the crisp clean feel as stated. Did not feel it should have had an exceptional rating and did not feel we got our money's worth at nearly 600.00 a night.

This is a nice house for a family. Great view from main living room. Kitchen is well appointed! A bit of a walk to the beach but not bad. Had a nice pool table and lots of games as well!

Nice retreat

We loved the layout of the home, everything was spotlessly clean. Mostly well stocked with anything we needed, we really appreciated the pack and play crib we found in the bedroom closet! I would suggest updating kitchen pots & pans and knife set. Most of the knives were wiggly and felt like they would fall apart in your hand. Pans were just ok. Beautiful home with a wonderful view, thank you for having us!
