Vous aurez le souffle coupé en levant les yeux vers cette merveilleuse maison avec vue sur l'océan: la ligne de toit pointe vers le ciel comme une proue de navire viking. À l'intérieur, cette proue se transforme en un plafond voûté en flèche, apportant la lumière de l'océan et des vues panoramiques saisissantes sur le sable et les vagues à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond. Un mur de roche blanc scintillant abrite une grande cheminée à bois dans le salon; Il y a aussi beaucoup de divertissement avec une grande télévision HD à écran plat par satellite, DVD, Netflix, une chaîne hi-fi, des livres, une connexion Wi-Fi, un mobilier contemporain, une table d’échecs et de jeu unique et un télescope pour observer les baleines à l’horizon.

Vous aimerez la cuisine entièrement équipée avec son sol en carrelage et ses comptoirs, son réfrigérateur à bière et à vin, son café séparé et son bar pour le petit-déjeuner, qui viennent compléter la salle à manger plus formelle. C’est également votre point d’entrée sur le grand pont surélevé qui vous permettra de profiter de la brise de l’océan et de la gloire du soleil couchant. There was no working stove top. The shower upstairs not working, so only one shower for 8 people. house carpets dirty and smelled. drive way over grown. hard to close bathroom door downstairs. no bbq, shows on in your pictures. only 2 chairs on deck that weren't Broken. Not impressed. We have already emailed this, but have not gotten a response and Called the office. We are hoping to get half of our rental money back because we were notified about the shower and stop top not working only 3 days before check - in. We already sent a few photos with the email.

We were disappointed that several things were out of order or not as they appear in the photos. We were notified two days prior to our stay that one of the two showers was out of order. With a party of seven, that was inconvenient. The stove was turned off at the breaker because the switches were broken and permanently in the “on” position. The exterior needs soffit repair of rotten wood and painting. The balcony rail was loose and needs repair. On a positive note, the beach is beautiful and only a short walk.

We stayed at this property and loved it 4 years ago, but the wear and tear haven’t been addressed. It needs a deep cleaning (all carpet badly stained), the shower upstairs was broken (we found out the week before and were not offered any discount), the outdoor furniture is worn to the point of dangerous to use and there is not enough of it, the rusted bbq is a fire hazard (rusted gas pipes have large holes and the bottom shelf is rusted out) and although the view is spectacular, as a result of all these issues, we will not be back.

I stayed with family and this space was perfect for us. Great location and easy access to the beach while also feeling secluded at the same time. The ocean views are stunning when you'd rather rest and relax. We appreciated the full kitchen and open living room space so we all had lounge room when spending time together. There are a lot of stairs so be advised if you have any mobility issues. Communication with the host was easy and prompt responses were appreciated.

View and front room are amazing! Area it is located is excellent! Could be updated a bit - still has carpet in some areas and since it’s dog friendly it’s not super clean. But those areas are mainly bedrooms. Need some hot pads. Lots of stairs but we didn’t mind because it gave us a work out! Overall a very great home! I’d rent again.

This house is very convenient to the public beach access. The views from the house to the ocean are amazing! There is plenty of room to accommodate a family and more. The house is tidy and clean. If I had any concerns, it would be that some parts of the home need updating. Overall, it was a great stay!

Exactly As Pictured

Favorite things are the 3rd-level loft, the pet-friendliness, and the neighborhood. I saw other reviews complaining about the steps from the garage to the 1st level, but if you don't have mobility issues then it's really not bad at all. The house was as pictured, somehow better in person, and very clean. Would stay again.

Weekend at the coast

We stayed at the property during a business, pleasure trip to Lincoln City. The property was well equipped with million dollar views. I would defiantly book this property again. The only drawback is the amount of stairs that could be a problem for people with mobility concerns.

Amazing sea facing property

The property made justice to the photos on the rental listing. We enjoyed the property and the views it offered. The property is also a short drive from Lincoln city downtown and is conveniently located for a weekend getaway not too far away from day to day amenities.

Great location

The views in the home were fantastic. Things like shades and bathroom were not at full functioning level. They could have improved on cleanliness of the downstairs King bed bedroom. My son complained his room was musty smelling and like dog. Overall the location was fantastic.

Roads end house

It was an awesome house with beautiful views and sounds of the ocean.! Highly recommend and would definitely rent from them again. Easy access into the house, everything worked & Dog friendly is a plus. :)

Beautiful House 15 minute walk from the beach

Vacation with for 5 days in early June. The house was beautiful with a wonderful view of the ocean through a two story glass wall. The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Even though it was mentioned in many comments, I was a bit surprised by the number stairs in the place. From the parking area in front of the garage, its is two stories to the kitchen/living/dining level. Good exercise if your party is up to it.

Perfectly dog friendly

First time staying in Roads End (we usually stay closer in to Lincoln City). We LOVED it! Great neighborhood, good beach access, the weather was perfect, and our dogs felt very comfortable at the house. They loved spending time on the enclosed deck, watching the ocean.

Lots of stairs

We enjoyed the property but thought we were closer to the beach. Kitchen is great with everything you could possibly need. There was a shortage of hand towels in the bathrooms. Lots of stairs- the property is steep. It is time to do some deferred maintenance and fix kitchen cabinet doors that are off the hinges.

House was nice, could use a bit of updating. Rugs were very stained. Towels were like sandpaper. But if at least this couple things were updated home would be much better. Overall and nice place. Beautiful view. Internet is terrible. Couldn’t get on my computer or phone most the time but that might have been a blessing

Weekend stay

This place was great it was clean and comfortable! The only negatives would be all the stairs, if you have anyone with mobility issues this wouldn’t be the place for them, the only other issue we had was the blinds they were difficult to open and close and two were completely broken and not able to open at all! Meredith Lodging was great with communication and the whole process will for sure be using them again!

Awesome View

Living room is as pictured and a great area to visit and watch the ocean. We could even hear the ocean which we totally enjoyed. There are up to four sets of stairs to climb so be ready for it. Loft bedroom had only two outlets that worked out of at least 12. Very nice home overall. Bed comfort not like home. Manager very responsive. Our door code did not work but was able to get code to use door key. Location is great being so close to the Casino, shopping and restaurants. There are maybe 6 deers in this small neighborhood that are fed by the locals. It was fun to watch them. Very tame.

Great house with beautiful views but poor communication.

A spacious well-appointed house with great gathering areas and amazing views of the ocean. 5 people and 3 dogs had plenty of space to stretch out. The local deer population is adorable as the neighborhood pets! We also enjoyed the short walk to the trailhead and the hike The Knoll and God's Thumb. The Less-Than-Ideal I wouldn't recommend this house for those with mobility issues or a young children since you have to park about 2/3 of the way up and walk up the last part of the very steep drive to enter the main floor, or you have to enter at the basement level and walk up a lot of stairs. It is also quite a walk to the beach and a drive to any form of entertainment or restaurants in Lincoln City. That said, we planned ahead and made most of our meals in the awesome kitchen, so there is that! The 2nd issue is cleanliness: overall, the house is clean, but it's clear there have been some doggie accidents by the very stained carpet. I am a super-smeller and travel with a cleaning kit and we realized quickly that our very well house-trained dogs were picking up scents so we were vigilant to make sure they didn't have accidents. Finally, the rental company communication was terrible. The contact info is blank and they neglect to mention that information comes from "GuestExperience" that ends up in a spam folder. We only got into the unit since the maid left the door unlocked and then we called to get entry info. Very stressful start to our vacation!

Perfect for families and pets

The house is very comfortable and we felt our toddlers and pets were welcome. The stairs could be hard for some and the steepness of the property, but it provides the great views. The beds were very comfy as were the furnishings and appropriate to what we needed. We walked to the beach multiple times but there is parking close if driving is preferred. Our family enjoyed the house for our mini getaway and it was the perfect base location.

Amazing beach house!

We had a lovely time at Neptune Lookout! The house was in great condition and the check-in/out process was very easy. The house is a few blocks from the beach, but it has fantastic ocean views from the living room and balcony. There are a lot of stairs in case you have folks in your party that have issues with stairs. We were really happy and hope to rent here via Meredith's Lodging again. Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation

We spent Father’s Day weekend in this beautiful home. The main floor was terrific with wonderful views. The only concern would be for people who have limited mobility. The driveway is very steep and there are are two flights of stairs to get to the main floor.
