Beautifully decorated

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was beautifully decorated and we had a great view of the water. It was conveniently located right on the beach, and only a short walk from bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing oceanview

We (4 seniors) were here just for a getaway. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware, utensils, appliances etc. Unit was very clean. Management was quick on responding to maintenance issues: slow flowing toilet, shower head not working, replacing missing light bulbs, etc. The second bedroom dresser drawers were broken, they did come to fix it but since we were not using it we told them they could do it later. Amenities like dishwashing soap, rags to clean, extra towels would have been nice. The mandatory damage fee of $55 could have been clarified better. It is applied to all reservations for accidental damage. I would recommend clarifying the policies before you rent. Overall it was a great vacation.

Very Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third or fourth time staying at Seabreeze. Our room was described as luxurious, more like garage sale modern.One family monopolized the east pool every day from 9 AM to 9 PM several adults and screaming kids. Question: where do all those people drinking beer and soda all day never leaving the pool "pee?" The west pool was monopolized by an over size boom box playing so loud the only ones there were the two drunken women and the teenage boyfriend. In the evening they treated everyone by playing it from their balcony. I won't be back.

cruzin the coast stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The seabreeze property was a nice place. the screen door facing the gulf was broken and off the track but we managed to finally get it open and left it open. The parking was a nightmare for overflow vehicles. We had to pay 115.00 for our trailer then they charged us an additional 150.00 to park the car and truck.. next door to the seabreeze. We were charged 15.00 tax by the leasing agent at seabreeze for the parking.... the parking lot explained to us that there should be no tax charged for parking but i guess the mississippi tax authority will be investigating that charge. This is our last yr to attend the Cruising the coast due to commercialization. We will be attending the show at New iberia in the future.

Overall things were great except for a few things in 704 itself that the owner could pay a little attention to. I did mention a couple of these to the desk clerk but have since remembered a couple other things. The window shades in the master and living room are missing slates and the hooks are broken, the second bath shower has a rust spot on the ceiling as if there had been a leak. The AC vents have something that looks like mildew. We stayed in 704 last summer and things have not improved. We have stayed at the Sea Breeze for a few years now and will again but not on this room.

Labor Day Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My overall stay was a good one. My kids enjoyed the pool and the property allowed easy access to the beach. However the carpet in the room was very dirty with stains throughout the entire unit. There were dust bunnies along the the entire stretch of crown molding on the floor.You can see the carpet had not been vacuumed prior to us coming. There were other obvious flaws that could have been better such as the tiles in this shower,vents were full of dust, and the sofa was dusty. This is not a good environment for kids with allergies.

Awesome!!! Home away from home with a beach out my back door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In town for business but it sure didn't feel that way. Get off work go into vacation mode what more can you ask for? This place is what I consider to be in the perfect location. Right in the middle of everything but not on top of anything. Great restaurants in walking distance. Entertainment, Museums, Exhibits, etc... all within a 15 minute drive. Everything your could ask for in a beach front Condo, Clean beach, guarded property, secure parking, fully furnished, well maintained facility and pools, very nice fitness center with free weights, machines, treadmills, ellipticals, and even saunas. Great customer service throughout the facility. Will be trying to get back into the place again.

A Month in Biloxi

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our month in Biloxi and found many things to see and do in the area. It was a welcome change from winter up north. The Sea Breeze is a very well maintained building and is one of a very few condos on this part of the Gulf Coast that is directly on the beach. Our unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The rental agency maintained an office in the building and their staff were very pleasant and helpful. The building seemed to be occupied by families and retired people which suited us well.
