My Winter Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed for 3 months each of the last 2 years at Sea Breeze Condos and have signed on for the 1st Qtr. of 2026 again. Its access directly to the beach and boardwalk is unbeatable. Restaurants such as Shaggys,The Reef, Snappers, Aztecas, and Woodys are all in walking distance. Lastly the staff is friendly and helpful if needed. Due to these features I highly recommend staying there.

Perfectly Lovely

The condo was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with big comfortable chairs and a great balcony. We were in walking distance from the beach and several good restaurants. The covered parking was great and secure and we appreciated the carts for luggage and groceries. The manager was quick to reply to any questions. We loved it!

Perfect place to stay

Literally home away from home. We hated to leave, but work and life calls. If you are planning on staying in or near Biloxi and would need more than one hotel room….. forget the hotel and feel at home in this 3BR 3BA Oaisis on the beach. You don’t have to fight the crowds at the public beaches, and you are mere minutes from anything you need.

My 90 day Sabbatical at 1011 Sea Breeze

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at Sea Breeze 1011 unit for 3months and so enjoyed my stay and the unit that I booked it for the first 3 months of 2025. The unit was superb and spotless and spacious at 2160 square ft. The boardwalk out the lower level and the direct access to the beach is super handy. It is handy to downtown Biloxi and the staff of Marie and Kayla took good care of me as did Cheryl the head of the HOA. I highly recommend this unit and the Sea Breeze complex for a stay!!!

Great Stay in Biloxi!

Beautiful condo and even nicer than the pictures. High end furniture throughout, comfortable beds and great views of the ocean. Highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. Enjoyed eating at Shaggys, the Toasted Yolk and Quakes Ice Creamery.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a frequent renter of properties all over the US, I can't give the owners of this unit higher praise. Everything that we needed to live for a month was in the kitchen. The furniture was like new and adjustable for maximum comfort. The availability of television viewing options as well as the generous screen size was greatly appreciated. Everything felt as much like home as possible. We know that many people abuse rental property. We respected every bit of the property and did our best to leave it in as pristine condition as the day we arrived so that future renters and the owner would never be disappointed.
