Dirty

This unit has a couple of bad reviews about cleanliness, but there were some good reviews as well. When we arrived everything appeared to be fine, but shortly after arriving our little one was crawling across the tile and her knees turned black. We then realized how dirty the floors were. The mop onsite was dry rotted and had not been used in some time, so we had to clean the floors with towels which turned black as well. We also then noticed splatters of something on the doors and carpet, as well as all of the dining room chairs being soaked, and counters that clearly had not been cleaned. Unfortunately, we had already sat for dinner before realizing they were wet and that the table was dirty. I usually do not leave reviews like this, and in an effort to resolve the situation, I contacted the person we communicated about renting the unit with to have them clean the condo properly. I received a text that I would get a call from the cleaning manager, but that never happened. I would highly recommend passing on this property.

Rented for 3 months while searching for a home and actually found a townhouse about 2-3 weeks into our stay. We were charged an arm and a leg to get out just one month early. 3-4 days before we were to check I checked with front desk about actual check out time and was told one thing then last minute it was something else and actually got locked out of unit. Check out was 10:am the most they could give us without charging additional money was 12 noon. Carpet was filthy, tiled floor had chips, units were not stocked well and the living furniture was hideous. (Which we were warned about) The master bedroom was like an oven in the afternoon. The best experience was prompt maintenance!

Reviewer Comments: We took a trip to meet some families who are staying at an RV park so we found a condo close by and it was actually the perfect condo they were very accommodating and letting us bring our family over to visit and we swim in the pool we had a great time the staff was very nice and understanding that the kids made a mess. The inside of the condo was really clean and beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to give a thumbs up to BBR for keeping us informed about the tropical storm that headed our way during our stay. The facility was nice as usual. My only complaint is that for $3000 a week you should be allowed two parking spaces. If the owners want to park during Cruising the Coast, they should not rent their condo that week. The condo was nice and had basic furnishings, the only complaint was the fold out sofa which was not fit for a dog to sleep on, we had to go buy a blow up mattress for us to sleep on during the week. Otherwise, this is my favorite place to stay! Great location, walking distance from restaurants and activities for the kids.
